This tastefully revitalised 1920's villa is handily located right opposite Otaki's beautiful beach.
Read a book in the welcoming library/chillout room, watch the ocean, relax in the sundrenched courtyard or cross the road and you're at the beach! Otaki's beach is safe - take a dip, sunbathe, stroll along - whatever!... the world is your pipi.
Cook indoors utilising the fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer - or choose alfresco dining... there's a barbeque area with gas barbeque and outdoor seating. Kohine has trendy decor throughout with modern furnishings - all facilities are of a high and brand new standard. If nature hasn't tempted you to be outside... there's a LCD TV with DVD home theatre system.
Kohine is ideally suited for couples or families with older children as the lovely water feature could be a problem for toddlers.This accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one with queen bed, one with single bed and a sunroom which has a new, comfortable sofa which folds out to a double bed. We know you'll love it here - come and try for yourself!!

Special conditions: Nightly rate is for 2 people,$10 extra per night 15 yrs and under,$20 extra per night 16 yrs and over.Minimum 2 night bookings for weekends.A minimum of 3 night bookings for long weekends(4 for Easter).$30 cleaning charge per stay for 2 people,$40 for 3 people and$50 for 4-5 people.Smoking strictly outside only.Check in 2pm check out 11am.Enquire if OK for your pet to stay.Winter special: from 7 May until 1 Oct the cleaning fee is waivered for stays of 2 or more nights(long weekends excluded).
