The apartments are located in Villa Baissero just 40 meters from the beach and the sea, and have a large balcony with a beautiful sea view. Everything is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, wirelless-Internet, satellite TV, safe. All our guests can use the grill in the backyard where they can taste traditional drinks. Parking for cars and bicycles is also reserved for all our guests.
In front of the Villa there is a beautiful seafront area flanked by a fresh pine forest. A quiet place where you can relax, swim, walk, ride a bike, play tennis and other sports. The beach below is an echo beach. There are 4 tennis courts, beach volleyball and a sports field in front of the house (in front of the villa)
For the little ones there is a playground near which there are 2 beach-bars, a pizzeria and 2 restaurants in a pedestrian area.
Nearby are two new amusement parks, 2 km away is the amusement park 'Istralandia', with numerous attractions for children and adults; while at 15 km, in Poreč, the Aquacolors water park is located.
A little more than a 5 minute pleasant walk will take you to the center of Novigrad-Novigrad, one of the most romantic places in Istria.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir sind total begeistert! Die letzten zwei Wochen haben wir im App bei Familie Baissero gewohnt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Unsere Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gepflegt und wunderschön. Top Lage: 1 Minute bis zum Strand!!! Wir würde jederzeit wieder Villa Baissero buchen und kommen gerne wieder!

Es war ein Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!
Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und es hat auch an nichts gefehlt. Das Gefrierfach vom Kühlschrank im App 202 war nicht das beste.Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis die Kühlakkus gefroren waren. Ich würde aber jederzeit wieder Villa Baissero buchen. Von dort aus ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und es fährt aber auch regelmäßig eine Bimmelbahn vorbei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung pur in Novigrad
Wir haben Entspannung und Nähe zum Meer gesucht und hier auch gefunden. Vielen Dank auch nochmal an die Fam. Baissero für die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit die Sie uns entgegengebracht haben. Die Lage ist wie erwähnt erstklassig. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Unsere Lieblingsvilla in Novigrad
Die Angaben vom sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter sind korrekt. Das Feriendomizil ist sehr sauber. Wir fühlen uns sehr gut betreut, da sofort auf Anfragen reagiert wird. Im Laufe der Jahre haben wir alle Appartements bewohnt und haben durch die Häufigkeit der Urlaube einen sehr guten Kontakt zu Fam. Baissero. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es ziemlich viele, die wohl jeder für sich ermitteln sollte. Tennisplätze, Spielplätze, Fitnesspfade, Radstrecken, Bootsausflüge, Kirmes, Restaurants (hier empfehle ich Tri Palme) - direkt neben der Villa oder Nähe Hotel Maestral - Grill Sirena - usw. usw. Novigrad ist ein kleines Hafenstädtchen was sich in den letzten Jahren sehr vergrößert hat. Für uns ist es unsere 2. Heimat, wir kommen schon seit 2002. Bis nächstes Jahr...

Ein perfekter Urlaub
Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien/Novigrad und sind vollends begeistert. Das Buchen der Wohnung hat problemlos per E-Mail geklappt, der Empfang war sehr herzlich, die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber. Hier ist alles fußläufig erreichbar, sehr gute Restaurants mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung (Lungomare - gleich hinter dem Tennisplatz) und ebenfalls nette Cafés und Bars. Wir waren die letzten beiden Wochen im Juni hier, es war angenehm warm und noch nicht so voll. Uns hat alles so gutgefallen, dass wir im kommenden Jahr gerne wieder kommen :)

Ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt!
Die Reservierungsmodalitäten verliefen unkompliziert. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wir fanden ein blitzsauberes Appartement vor. Diese Villa liegt sehr günstig. 15 Gehminuten nach Novigrad, 3 Minuten zum Strand und auf der anderen Seite gehts in die Natur! 2 Restaurants und ein kleines Kaufhaus befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter tragen zur wohligen Atmosphäre bei! Wir waren das erste Mal hier, bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal! Maria u. Burkhard

Erholung pur!
Wir waren das erste Mal in der Villa Baissero, wo wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Die Anfrage und Reservierung wurde alles problemlos per e-Mail getätigt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allen Geräten die man benötigt, eingerichtet. Das Meer ist ganz nah und zur Stadt sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Wer nicht gerne läuft kann auch mit der Bimmel- Bahn fahren. Sie hält alle halbe Stunde, in der Hauptsaison, vor dem Haus. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen.

Wir waren das erste Mal in der Villa Baissero, wo wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und mit allen nötigen Geräten eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, nah zum Wasser und nur wenige Minuten bis zur Stadt. Wer keine Lust zu laufen hat nimmt die Bimmel-Bahn, die alle halbe Stunde vor dem Haus abfährt. Wir können die Villa nur weiterempfehlen

Settimana a Novigrad
Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura dal 10 al 17 agosto 2013, nell'appartamento 203, il più piccolo tra tutti gli appartamenti (un monolocale). Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene! nonostante fosse piccolo era dotato di tutte le comodità descritte nel sito, l'appartamento era pulitissimo e sembrava nuovo. I proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a soddisfare ogni nostro bisogno, c'hanno dato anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. La struttura è situata fronte mare, vicinissima ad un piccolo supermercato e 8 min a piedi da quello più grande, inoltre di fronte al cancello della Villa c'è una piccola edicola con giornali italiani e stranieri, e un piccolo banchetto con frutta e verdura fresca. La Villa è adiacente al ristorante "Tri Palme" dove si mangia bene. Percorrendo la banchina del porto in 10 min si arriva in centro a Novigrad, una passeggiata carina lungo il mare. Elena e Alberto

Vacanza a Novigrad
Sono stato in vacanza a Novigrad con mia moglie a fine giugno ed ho alloggiato presso Villa Baissero. Il monolocale, abbastanza spazioso, disponeva di tutto, pulito ed in ottimo stato. Solo il condizionatore, un po' vecchiotto, ma ben funzionante. Molto bella la casa ed in ottima posizione, tranquilla e di fronte alla pineta ed al mare. Molto gentili i proprietari che ci hanno anche dato indicazioni su luoghi da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare e da consigliare.

Sono Andrea da Vicenza (Italia). Io e mia moglie abbiamo alloggiato per una (purtroppo) breve vacanza c/o Villa Baissero, alla quale abbiamo già fatto molta pubblicità. E' stato un vero piacere conoscere i proprietari che si sono dimostrati disponibili, accoglienti e attenti. Villa Baissero si trova in una posizione stupenda, a pochi passi da una bellissima pineta che si affaccia direttamente sul mare limpido. La sua posizione è strategica: infatti si vive durante il giorno in una zona molto tranquilla e, nello stesso tempo, comodissima al centro di Novigrad, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti, dove abbiamo trascorso belle serate. L'appartamento dove abbiamo alloggiato era dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Insomma è stata proprio una rilassante e piacevolissima vacanza!

Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren immer Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni nach Novigrad um in der Villa Baissero Urlaub zu machen. Die Appartments sind sehr sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet, es ist nicht weit zum Meer, man kann sehr schön spazieren gehen, direkt in der Nähe sind zwei sehr gute Restaurants, eine kleine "Kaffeebude" mit Terasse direkt am Meer, wo man auch Liegestühle etc mieten kann und ein kleiner Supermarkt, etwas weiter sind auch zwei große Supermärkte, wo man wirklich alles bekommt. Novigrad selbst ist ein bezaubernder kleiner Ort mit "Seele und Atmosphäre" , mit vielen sehr guten Restaurants und Bars und kleinen Geschäften, den man zu Fuß in ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten gut erreichen kann. Was uns aber am besten gefällt ist die Gastfreundschaft und die Herzlichkeit der Menschen in Novigrad, insbesondere unserer Vermieter Manuela und Ante, die uns jedes Mal wie Freunde empfangen und uns das Gefühl geben, im Urlaub zu Hause zu sein. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr!

Erholungsurlaub bei Freunden
Wir sind schon seit über 6 Jahren immer wieder in der Villa Baissero. Wir haben fast alle Appartements bewohnt und können alle nur empfehlen. Die Wohnungen sind mehr als sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man findet alles für einen unbeschwerten und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, nahe zum Strand, einige sehr gute Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nach Novigrad ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang. Wer Räder mitnimmt wird es nicht bereuen vom Haus weg und los geht's. Auch eine Tennisanlage ist um die Ecke. Rundherum alles notwendige für einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Bewertung Villa Baissero, Novigrad
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen. Nahe am Strand gelegen, nächstes Restaurant und kleiner Supermarkt ist nebenan. Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet,sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Nach Novigrad Zentrum ist es ca. 20 min zu laufen, was akzeptabel ist. Direkt Gegenüber beginnt der Trimmdich Pfad. Auch ein Tennisplatz befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Ich mache dort nun schon seit vielen Jahren Urlaub und kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen.
