Très bien

Logement atypique et confortable. C’est dommage que Fabio ne soit pas venu pour notre départ. Le 1er soir nous avons eu une ampoule de grillée, pas bien grave ça peut arriver, mais les numéros de téléphone fournis n’ont pas fonctionné (ou peut être que j’ai pas fait comme il fallait avec le préfixe) Nous avons dû régler un forfait de 20€ pour l’électricité pour 3 nuits. La journée nous n’étions pas là. Je ne sais pas si c’est correct ou pas puisqu’il n’était pas là pour le relevé du compteur. Malgré ça nous avons eu des bouteilles d’eau fraîches et des biscuits à notre arrivée, c’est pas parfait mais c’est satisfaisant pour le prix C’est idéal pour avoir un endroit où dormir mais pas pour y rester la journée. Situé entre Pise et Voltera emplacement idéal.

Charming and clean

Beautiful house for people who love old Charme and simplicity. Tidy. The tiny narrow stairs up to the “princess room” can be inconvenient for people with balance issues. The basement room is fresh and cool for summers. Internet is not a reason to come here;) inspired by old times and white linen sheets, we had a peaceful stay. Thank you Fabio!y

Tons of character, lots of space, and everything we needed

We are a couple with a small child, and we stayed at Villa Martelli Orlandini for two weeks in July while doing some mixed work/vacation. The apartment has tons of character and history, making it fascinating to us all. It was clean and had everything we needed. Being an old building, it has its quirks like the steep stairs down to the bedroom with two twins and up to the tiny bedroom with one. We mostly stayed on the ground floor (entrance, master bedroom and kitchen/living) which is very spacious, and this presented no danger to our toddler. The AC worked great and saved us through an extended heat wave. Fabio was very welcoming and was very easy to work with, responding to all of our questions quickly before and during our stay. Parking was never a problem. Having a washing machine was a godsend, especially having a toddler. The WiFi could be better, but we found the best spots in the house to connect. All in all a great stay.

Ungenaue Beschreibung der Schlafmöglichkeiten. Durchgangszimmer, sehr steile enge Treppen.

Nachdem wir die Schlafsituation für drei Paare so organisiert hatten, dass wir die Schlafcouch in der Küche nicht nutzen mussten, haben wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt verbracht. Die Unterkunft hat (im besten Sinne) musealen Charme, die Betten waren bequem, bis auf eine nicht funktionierende Steckdose war alles super!

Héél véél werk aan de winkel ..

Positieve punten: - ligging - charme van 17e-eeuwse woning Negatieve punten: - tafeltennis, minibasket en tafelvoetbal zijn niet aanwezig - strijkplank is niet aanwezig - geen stroom op verschillende stopcontacten - vochtschimmels in de 3 douches (onderhoud ???) - 3 douchekranen lekken als een zeef (bij het openzetten van de kranen spuit het water langs alle kanten (onderhoud ???) - 3 douchewanden (deuren) staan zo los als iets en vallen zelfs op jou en zijn dus zeer gevaarlijk (zeker voor kinderen) (onderhoud ???) - als er 2 douches gelijktijdig worden genomen heb je meer koud water dan warm, daarenboven is de temperatuur van het water in de 3 douches amper te regelen en wisselt dit constant van ijskoud naar heel heet water (maw gelijktijdige douches nemen is nutteloos) - 2 van de 7 bedden zijn simpele plooibedjes (met dunne matras) en zijn zelfs dus zeer gebrekkig (ook voor kinderen) comfort - levensgevaarlijke steile ganzentrappen (uitgerekend naar de kinderkamers) (niet veilig beloopbaar is en het valrisico heel groot, zeker voor kinderen) - geen droogrek aanwezig - geen opbergruimte voor kleding (alle kasten liggen vol) - gang (deur) van buren komen uit in onze gang, met andere woorden liepen we ineens de buren tegen t lijf in de woning (deel) dat wij huurden, hebben zij eveneens toegang tot de kamer beneden (kamerkamer), quid privacy ??? quid veiligheid ??? Dit werd bij aankomst NIET gemeld door de eigenaar. En tot slot viel er een zware metalen staaf vanop het dak naar beneden (koer) en dit op 50cm van 1 van de kinderen. LEVENSGEVAARLIJK en maw zeer slecht onderhoud. Toen we dit meldden aan de eigenaar kregen we eerst "non è possibile" te horen met daarbij de vraag wat de kinderen hadden afgebroken. Dit is te belachelijk voor woorden ! Conclusie: de ligging van de woning is goed en het huis heeft zeer zeker z'n charmes, maar er is nog héél véél werk aan de winkel ! Grondige renovatiewerken/herstellingswerken en onderhoud zijn nodig alvorens deze woning verder te verhuren.
