Beautifully updated beachfront condo in the Beach Villas complex. This 2 bedrooms 2 bath unit is located at the North-end of Fort Myers Beach. The Beach Villas complex is in a prime location. You are within walking distance to the Time Square area (local restaurants, entertainment, and shops) and Bowditch Park.

As soon as you enter our unit, you will enjoy Gulf of Mexico/beach views. Watch gorgeous sunsets on your private lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, private bathroom with a walk-in closet, and entrance to lanai. Bedroom #2 has two full-size beds and there is a sofa bed. There is also a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower setup. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. There is an in-unit washer / dryer included. Our property is perfect for your next Fort Myers Beach vacation.


** We have just been informed that a project to replace the windows and door sliders of all Beach Villas units will begin early May and is predicted to carry on until the end of August. We are still learning the details of how this project will affect guests staying during this period but we know work will be confined from 8AM - 5PM Monday - Saturday. This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit also requires a parking pass that will be left in your unit, please hang that from your rearview mirror or leave it face up on your dash.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Sat - Sat (from Christmas to Easter). NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Beach Villas (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year.
