- A large terrace of 200m ²
- A superb pool house with kitchen area (hob, crockery, fridge, oven, barbecue and garden furniture)

With a surface of 220m², this Provencal farmhouse with swimming pool in the Alpilles is on two levels. It offers you all the luxury of Provence. Each room is very spacious and furnished with care.
GROUND FLOOR :
A kitchen (25m²) equipped with an American fridge, a kitchen '' LACANCHE '' piano, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker and a fridge. a toaster.
A utility room with washing machine and dryer.
A living room (50m²) very warm with its stone walls and traditional ceilings decorated with a fireplace and TV with satellite channels.
2 separate toilets.

- Anaïs room (18m²) with a double bed 180 with TV
- Pauline room (12m²) with two separate beds 90
- Room of Friends (12m²) with a double bed 160 with TV and an adjoining bathroom (1 sink, shower)
