Unique Log Cabin in Alhaurin el Grande, Pool,+Terrace with Jacuzzi &Pool Table

Fabulous rustic country log cabin approx 20 mins drive from Malaga airport and Marbella and 25 mins to other stunning beaches.
The house is situated within a 5 mins drive of both towns of Alhaurin el Grande and Coin where there are a number of supermarkets and other retail shopping. A car is an absolute necessity as the house is based at the top of a mountain and in the heat it is impossible to walk to the supermarket and carry back a week's shopping.
All Linen and towels will be provided.

The main house (excluding the Guest House) is approx 300 SQ metres and is solely for your use during your holiday and consists of 2 King size rooms cots and high chair and car seat.
Spacious lounge with wood burner, dining area and open plan kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with King Size beds, 2 cots and a family bathroom..
Access to the stunning large covered terrace is from the kitchen and is the summer and winter central living area for the property which includes fireplace, gas BBQ outdoor kitchen, dining area and lounge sofas with Moroccan cushions. Also housed
on the terrace is the Jacuzzi (please note suitable for ADULTS ONLY. PLEASE ADVISE IF YOU REQUIRE THE JACUZZI TO BE HEATED FOR YOUR ARRIVAL - Euros 50 per stay payable on arrival. The pool table is also on the terrace together with music system, musical keyboard and darts board,
Outside is an 8x4 swimming pool which has just been refurbished and from the decking with its double day bed and swing as well as sun loungers you can look at the stunning view over the mountains or enjoy a drink in the evening under the stars.
The property is finished to the highest standards and features air conditioning on
timed meters at a cost of 1 euro for 1.5 hours, internet access throughout the property, and TV with all channels. All linen and towels are provided incl beach/pool towels.
The additional building shown on the video will not be in use during your stay and will remain locked. This Guest House is only used when we take bookings for up to 10-12 persons and consists of further bedrooms and bathrooms. Other than this building all other amenities on the property are for your sole use and enjoyment.
There will be a 500 euros returnable security deposit to be paid with the final balance and prior to collecting the keys and which will be returned in full by VRBO providing there is no damage or breakages.
A car is a necessity as we are located in the mountains and altho the house is secluded it is not remote and there are several neighbours but they dont overlook the property.
If you dont wish to hire a car the local taxi service will come to the house, albeit some will only bring you to the Gate/Barrier.
We have been advertising and welcoming guests to the house since 2009.

Fabulosa cabaña de madera rústica a unos 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto de Málaga y Marbella y a 25 minutos de otras playas impresionantes.
La casa está situada a 5 minutos en coche de las dos ciudades de Alhaurin el Grande y Coin, donde hay varios supermercados y otras tiendas minoristas. Un automóvil es una necesidad absoluta ya que la casa está ubicada en la cima de una montaña y con 40 grados de calor es imposible caminar hasta el supermercado y llevarse las compras de una semana.

La casa principal (excluyendo la casa de huéspedes) mide aproximadamente 300 metros cuadrados y es únicamente para su uso durante sus vacaciones y consta de 2 habitaciones King y también 1 cuna de madera y 1 cuna de viaje, trona y asiento para el automóvil.
Amplio salón con estufa de leña, comedor y cocina americana, 2 habitaciones dobles con camas King Size, 2 cunas y un baño familiar.
El acceso a la impresionante terraza cubierta es desde la cocina y es la sala de estar central de verano e invierno de la propiedad, que incluye chimenea, cocina al aire libre con barbacoa de gas, comedor y sofás con cojines marroquíes. También alojado
en la terraza está el jacuzzi (tenga en cuenta que es apto SOLO PARA ADULTOS. AVISO SI NECESITA QUE EL JACUZZI SE CALIENTE A SU LLEGADA - 50 euros por semana a pagar a la llegada. La mesa de billar también está en la terraza junto con el sistema de música, musical tablero de teclado y dardos,
Afuera hay una piscina de 8x4 que acaba de ser renovada y desde la terraza con su sofá cama doble y columpio, así como tumbonas, se puede contemplar la impresionante vista de las montañas o disfrutar de una bebida por la noche bajo las estrellas.
La propiedad está terminada con los más altos estándares y cuenta con aire acondicionado en
Medidores cronometrados a un costo de 1 euro por 1.5 horas, acceso a internet en toda la propiedad y TV con todos los canales. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas se proporcionan incluidas toallas de playa / piscina.
El edificio adicional que se muestra en el video no estará en uso durante su estadía y permanecerá cerrado. Esta casa de huéspedes solo se utiliza cuando aceptamos reservas para hasta 10-12 personas y consta de más dormitorios y baños. Aparte de este edificio, todas las demás comodidades de la propiedad son para su uso y disfrute exclusivo.

Si no desea alquilar un automóvil, el servicio de taxi local vendrá a la casa, aunque algunos solo lo llevarán a la Puerta / Barrera.
