Fourth floor outside in building without physical barriers with elevators and parking on the same 4th floor at 20 meters from the apartment. High quality, broadband WiFi, tilt-and-turn windows, Smart TV (Netflix), Nesspreso and Italian coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hair dryer, iron, and all the utensils you need.
