Very quiet, every comfort nice, clean, double bedroom with wardrobe, the second bedroom has 2 approachable beds and is furnished with chest of drawers, bedside tables and shelves, without wardrobe. Equipped kitchen and living room with terrace overlooking the sea. Mosquito nets on all windows even if there are not many mosquitoes. Possibility of barbecue. Reserved parking space.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden. The beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Vacanza in famiglia

Vacanza rilassante nelle spiagge di Chia. La casa, con un bellissimo giardino, è vicina alle spiagge. Dalla terrazza si gode una splendida vista sulla torretta e sul mare. Proprietari gentilissimi.

Tutto perfetto

La struttura è bellissima e molto ben tenuta. La casa è molto ariosa ed è sempre fresca. Posto auto coperto e c'è tanto verde. Consigliatissima per chi vuole godere il mare in serenità. I proprietari molto accoglienti, gentilissimi e disponibili. Spero di tornare.

Magnifique !

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans l'appartement d'Enzo et Liliana. Tout d'abord nous avons été très bien accueillis dans leur belle propriété dotée d'un beau jardin luxuriant et bien entretenu, Enzo et Liliana sont très sympathiques, disponibles en cas de question, tout en étant discrets. Ensuite, l'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, fonctionnel, le balcon est grand et offre une magnifique vue (conforme aux photos de l'annonce) Gros avantage : on peut aller à pied à la plage (une dizaine de minutes) Quartier calme. Nous remercions vivement Enzo et Liliana !

Lovely holiday

We had a really lovely holiday, apartment very clean with everything we needed and a 10 min walk to beach. Supermarket nearby with larger supermarket about a 10 min drive away. Enzo and his family were really welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return.

Sguardo verso la torre e il mare

L’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione e risponde a tutte le esigenze relative ad un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è invidiabile per panorama e vicinanza al mare, anche se appare scontato che l’auto risulti assolutamente indispensabile per poter godere della varietà di spiagge tra le più belle dell’isola (la casa mette a disposizione un parcheggio all’ombra!). Per quanto riguarda l’interno dell’appartamento, la cucina è dotata di tutto ciò che occorre per chi vuole preparare i propri pasti in casa e la sala da pranzo ed il balcone offrono un luogo incantevole per consumarli. I proprietari, Enzo e Liliana, rispondono anch’essi a ciò che si chiede ad un ospite: cortesia, accoglienza e la sottile dote di trasformare l’incontro tra sconosciuti in una fugace convivenza quasi familiare. In effetti essi vivono al piano inferiore dell’abitazione e sono a portata di voce per suggerimenti, provvedimenti in caso di ulteriori necessità o interventi tempestivi in caso di eventuali piccoli inconvenienti.

Vacanza rilassante tra fiori e mare della Sardegna

Casa accogliente, curata e pulita. Splendido giardino, zona tranquilla, proprietari gentili e disponibili. Possibilità di arrivare a piedi (in circa sette minuti, attraverso stradine poco trafficate e un sentiero tra gli Oleandri) a un paio di spiagge di ghiaia e ciotoli circondate da scogli. In meno di dieci minuti in macchina si possono raggiungere splendide spiagge di sabbia. Unico neo del luogo la scarsa possibilità di fare una passeggiata serale a causa di tratti di strada trafficati senza marciapiede. Consigliamo senz'altro il soggiorno in questo appartamento. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in Chia verbracht. Schon der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter schaffte Vertrauen. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gut eingerichtet und sehr wohnlich. Stauraum ist reichlich vorhanden und die Ausstattung mit Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außer das Silikon in der Dusche, aber das will der Vermieter erneuern lassen. Für das Auto gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz, was bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm ist. Zur Ankunft stand eine Flasche Wasser im großen Kühlschrank, und Früchte aus dem wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten brachte Loretta vorbei. Von dem Balkon, für den es auch sehr bequeme Korbmöbel gab, hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und in den schönen Garten von Loretta. Sie hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und umsorgt. Die Restaurant- und Strandtipps waren alle außergewöhnlich gut. Loretta hat sogar die Telefonnummern herausgeschrieben, damit wir reservieren konnten, denn die Restaurants sind trotz der Nachsaison noch gut gefüllt. Die Strände sind nicht zu überbieten und in Tarreddu kommt Karibik-Flair auf. Grazie mille Loretta et Enzo; Ciao Hermann und Ulla

Aspetti positivi: la casa gode di una vista spettacolare; si può cenare sul balcone e godersi il panorama. Parcheggio dell'auto all'ombra. Aspetti negativi: lavatrice in comune con i proprietari. (la Sig.ra ci faceva pesare il fatto di non lavare a pieno carico). Il materasso è molto duro. Il bagno è piccolo e la doccia (presenza di muffa) ha il getto molto debole non in grado di togliere la sabbia dai capelli. Abbiamo chiesto di poter usare la doccia dei proprietari in cortile. (la Sig.ra ha accettato mal volentieri) Dovevamo lasciare la casa alle ore 14.00; Alle 14.05 la Sig.ra è entrata in casa e ci ha quasi buttato fuori.

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT

Très bel appartement qui correspond parfaitement aux photos. Très très calme, La nuit pas un seul bruit , ideal pour se reposer Jardin magnifique, encore bravo à Loretta qui passe son temps à soigner ce jardin contenant une multitude d'essences et de fleurs plus belles les unes que les autres. Il faut se faire violence pour quitter la maison et aller visiter les alentours tellement on a envie de se prélasser sur la terrasse d'où l'on jouit d'un magnifique point de vue et d'où l'on peut rêver séjourner dans l hotel 4 etoiles d'en face. Plage à 200 m; très beau sentier de promenade ou de jogging qui surplombe la mer, On part à pied de la maison. Suggestions aux propriétaires pour que la location atteigne la perfection : - plus de linge de maison , serviettes de bains trop petites et en nombre pas suffisant - mettre la machine à laver à disposition au lieu de déranger Lorette à chaque besoin de lessive - vaisselle un peu juste en quantité - Et on aimerait en arrivant trouver juste un peu de l essentiel, un peu de café par exemple, quand on arrive tard le soir et que tout est fermé. Sinon, encore une fois, très très belle location, Loretta qui vit sur place est très gentille et toujours à demander si l on a besoin de quelque chose , tout en étant très discrète. On a beaucoup beaucoup aimé , mais pas compris le sytème de tri des déchets.....

Vacanza di 3 settimane nel periodo Luglio 2013. Famiglia con 2 ragazzi. Località fantastica, da cui raggiungere con facilità le più belle spiagge del sud-ovest della sardegna. Indispensabile l'auto per godere appieno del soggiorno, ma una bellissima spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti. Casa deliziosa, nel verde di un giardino molto ben curato. Pulizia all'arrivo perfetta. Proprietari molto accoglienti, sempre disponibili ad aiutare e consigliare senza mai essere invadenti. Contesto molto piacevole, silenzioso con ottima vista mare. Attrezzature della casa conformi a quanto dichiarato, perfettamente funzionanti. Consigliato

Soggiorno ottimo in appar...

Soggiorno ottimo in appartamento delizioso, con ampi spazi a disposizione e molto accessoriato in contesto riservato con bellissima vista panoramica sullo splendido mare sardo. Possibilità di sfruttare la bella terrazza in ogni momento della giornata godendo della gradevole brezza locale e della vista sul bel giardino a più livelli ben curato. Spiagge accessibili a piedi dall'appartamento, ma lo stesso situato anche a breve distanza da altre numerose bellissime spiagge della costa meridionale sarda.
