Located in the Los Suenos Resort and Marina on Herradura Bay, an enjoyable and scenic 1 hour and 15 minute ride from San Jose's Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO).

Los Suenos Resort and Marina features an 18 hole eco-golf course designed by Ted Robinson Jr.; a 200 slip marina offering world-class Sport Fishing Charters; a 3 million dollar private Beach Club with swim-up bar; 10+ Restaurants; Shops; Salon & Spa.

Located in the Veranda Residences, our condo (unit 7B) is conveniently located in the heart of Los Suenos Resort and Marina. The Veranda Residences are within easy walking distance to the Beach Club, Marina Village, and the Marriott Hotel and golf course. The gated community of the Veranda Residences offers six free-form swimming pools with Jacuzzis, grills and a community gym. Our guests will also have access to the exclusive Beach Club with swim up bar and restaurant.

Our spacious second floor condo is located in building 7 at the base of Altamira Mountains. Monkeys are sometimes spotted in in trees across from our building entrance way. The spacious covered terraces overlook one of the many free-form swimming pools; the first fairway of La Iguana golf course and the rainforest covered hills beyond. Enjoy coffee on the veranda and listen to the sounds of nature and watch the Macaws fly by.

Accommodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom and two full size beds in the second bedroom. The living area is furnished with a Sport Fishing theme and contains furniture by Lane, Hooker and Tommy Bahama. The bedrooms are decorated with tropical themes and contain furniture made locally in Costa Rica. Flat screen TVs in Living Room and both bedrooms. Smart TV in the living room. Freshly painted and new appliances for 2021!

We have secured Wireless Internet that even reaches to the pool!

Enjoy in condo dining or dine at any of the many restaurants within the resort. Take a ten minute cab ride to the town of Jaco, where you can also enjoy many local restaurants, shopping, a casino and night clubs.

Amazing Resort Stay

Very comfortable stay with tons of amenities. A number of pools in the complex and access to the beach club. Gas grill by the pool was an excellent extension of the kitchen. Beautiful view of golf and pool from the condo. Plenty of beach towels was a bonus. Thanks Susan!

Perfect condo for family vacation

For a family of 5 this condo was perfect! We had room for everyone, could cook meals or eat at one of the several restaurantes on the property including the marriott hotels. The condo is condo is on the second floor and overlooks the pool which was perfect so we could see the kids swimming from the balcony. We didnt rent a golf cart so it was perfectly located to walk to the beach club. The marina, the marriott or the beach. Susan was very responsive and had a lot of advice for where to eat and help.with transportation. Thank you! The trip was perfect!!

Great placement

We have stayed at this place many times. Always clean, easy and great location. We love watching the Scarlett macaws fly by mornings and evenings. If you have a couple extra glasses of wine while watching the birds, no problem. Hook up restaurant will deliver dinner to your door!! (Not that it happened once?) Great host with quick responses. Don’t pass up an opportunity to stay here.

Excellent Condo on Amazing Resort

Possibly the best condo I've ever stayed in! Big rooms, all the kitchen utensils, bedding and towels you could ever need. Great location overlooking the golf course and pool area. 3 minute walk to great beach club, 5 minute walk to selection of restaurants. I'm pretty picky and I couldn't find the smallest issue with it.

Maybe it’s worth to check the cable connection . It’s not very good if you want to see tv , the image is a bit blur . Also some channels are not working like CNN , I wanted to see the news about Trump and the channel was blocked in all TVs

Amazing property

Property was amazing and we hope to return soon. Property owners were very quick to resolve a minor issue with water heater. Very comfortable beds and the appliances were all newer style. Thank you Susan!

Excelent pet friendly choice!!

Excelent place that makes you feel like in home. It has all the facilities mentioned. Only enhancement is to grease all doors because sounds ugly every time you close or open them and have hand soap on bathrooms and kitchen.
