This property is situated in the heart of Eastbourne just minutes from all that Eastbourne has to offer.
The beautiful southern coastline and 6-mile stretch of Eastbourne beach is just a short walk away, within 5 minutes of leaving your property you can be sat on the pebbles watching as the waves crash in.
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
Eastbourne's brand new multi-million pound shopping is just at the end of your road as well as dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes.
Theatre and tennis lovers are also well placed with the Devonshire park complex also being less than a 5 minute walk away. The theatre is a beautiful Victorian play house which opened its doors in 1884.
