One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
Eastbourne's brand new multi-million pound shopping is just at the end of your road as well as dozens of delicious restaurants and cafes.
Theatre and tennis lovers are also well placed with the Devonshire park complex also being less than a 5 minute walk away. The theatre is a beautiful Victorian play house which opened its doors in 1884.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Eastbourne sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war wunderschön, sehr sauber und die Lage war einfach genial. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
Einziger kleiner Nachteil, nur ein Badezimmer mit WC. Wir konnten uns aber gut damit abfinden.
Highly recommended for a family stay in Eastbourne
This is a nicely decorated and very comfortable apartment. Generous living area and big bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking meals and there is a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs within a short walk. Shops and other activities are nearby as well as the train station. Property managers very responsive and helpful. Great value and highly recommended. Would stay again.
Appartement très confortable et spacieux, très propre, bien chauffé , bien équipé, beaucoup de rangements, grande douche, bien situé ( restaurants , plage , commerces).
Propriétaires et gérance disponibles et très agréables.
Points à améliorer : appartement donnant sur la rue donc bruyant, une meilleure isolation phonique serait la bienvenue. Mettre une vraie porte d’entrée à l’étage.
The apartment was situated in the town centre with shops, restaurants and bars for all preferences and ages. Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfect for a family holiday with adult children and their partners with everything on hand to suit everyone. The beach was 5 minutes walk away with a grassed area at the Wish Tower to walk our dog.
We had a fantastic time away and would definitely recommend staying here.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet, die Lage ist sehr zentral, 5 Minuten zum Strand bzw. Bahnhof, allerdings auch wirklich direkt an der Straße, das war der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ging über Mail perfekt, sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.
Es dürfen nur sterilisierte Hunde mitgebracht werden, das hatten wir zuerst im Welcomeletter überlesen, war also unser Fehler.
