Great apartment close to city center!

Loved this apartment, stayed here for 3 nights on business. The apartment was just as advertised, actually better! The location was great very close to the city center, close free parking and easy get out of town to explore. I will definitely stay here again when I’m back for business!

Erholung pur

Die Ferienwohnung ist extrem geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles was man benötigt. An heißen Tagen sorgen zwei Klimaanlagen für angenehme Erfrischung. Die Vermieterin ist super bemüht um einen den Urlaub so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir sagen vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Clean and very well organized

Great place to stay and the welcome maps, fresh water and information were greatly appreciated. Francesca was easy to reach and very responsive to our text. We had some language barriers with a few of our plans and she was able to help us. Plus, we had a serious snafu on our way out to Riva Del Garda and Francesca called the bus Company and was able to give us directions and guide us to the next bus stop. My only observation and recommendation would be as follows: Two extra pillows on the bed would be great especially if you like to read. Bed was a tad hard for us but, we get it, you can’t please everyone with all their different requests. Building is clean clean clean, secure and close to coffee shop. Great visit, we would come back for sure.

Comfortable Apartment

We were there for a week and had a really comfortable apartment. The communication with Francesca wasn’t complicated. The Beach is about five minutes away. But at August there are many People. We drove with the Bicycle about 20 minutes out of the town. We are coming back.

Sehr freundlich, gerne wieder.....

Die Freundlichkeit hat mri sehr gut gefallen. Die kleine Wohnung ist seht geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider war der Parkplatz ein öffentlicher und kein privater, jedoch zu knapp 90% war er verfügbar. Und es fielen keine Parkgebühren an.

Neat, clean apartment near center and train station.

We had a great stay! Francesca was a wonderful host. She met us in the apartment and gave us directions for appliance usage and other things to have in mind. She connected with me in what’s up app before our stay and was responsive to all the questions from the point of booking till the end of our stay. I felt like I had a friend in town that I could ask anything. She left complimentary bottle of water and tasty wine for us. Apartment was very clean and had all little necessities that you might think of. Highly recommendable place!

We had a great time!

Ideal für Fahrradtouren

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Altstadt und ist für zwei Personen optimal. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind schnell erreichbar, u.a. eine tolle Bäckerei auf der Via Gramsci, die nicht nur Brot anbietet. Die beiden Fahrräder haben den Aufenthalt zusätzlich abgerundet, da Sirmione oder Peschiera oder auch das Hinterland Richtung Pozzolengo schnell zu erreichen sind. Empfehlenswert ist auch eine Radtour entlang des Flusses Minico Richtung Borghetto. Da der Bahnhof in relativer Nähe ist, bieten sich zusätzlich Touren mit dem Zug nach Verona oder Venedig an. Unterstüzung in allen Fragen gibt hierzu immer gerne Francesca, die via WhatsApp sehr sehr schnell antwortet. Vielen Dank noch einmal für einen wunderschönen Urlaub!

Perfect Holidays

The owner is very nice and supportive. The arriving was very pleasant and welcoming. The apartment is very modern and everything works. I couldn‘t imagine a better apartment for my holidays. And I don‘t think another person can manage everything so good. I even received some recommendations, bus plans and maps of attraction to visit. Would book again

Lovely appartment with included bicycles

Francesca is a very kind and helpful person. She showed us the appartment and gave us advices for some nice places and beaches were we could go arround the whole lake. She looked after us and gave us also her phone number for further questions. The appartment has a modern kitchen and is very lovely with a cute balcony. You also receive a wine, a bottle of water, towels and two bicycles.

Lovely apartment with all you need. 😀

Apartment was lovely and spotless. Everything that you need for your stay. Close to railway station for trips to Venice and Verona. Not far from lakeside. Where you can get boats to go anywhere in Lake Garda. Beside restaurants and pubs but situated in a very quiet area. Lovely bottle of wine was left for us. Francasca looked after us well and we had her telephone number if we needed to ask anything. Miriam met us and checked us in. Both were on hand if needed. We had a lovely time and Desenzano is great lakeside resort.

Guter Startpunkt für Radtouren

Nette, hilfsbereite Vermieter und eine schöne Wohnung am Rande der Altstadt mit kurzen Wegen zu den Geschäften. Ein großer abschließbarer Raum zum unterstellen der mitgebrachten Fahrräder, sowie zwei vorhandene hochwertige Fahrräder, zeichnen die Wohnung als besonders fahrradfreundlich aus. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
