LOVELY place to stay and so close to everything

Our family of five stayed here comfortably. The art and feel of the place is wonderful - cosy and so close to anywhere you choose to walk in Rome. With the central location comes traffic and noise so be prepared with ear plugs but otherwise we couldn't have been happier with this chaming space.

Fantastic location!

Fantastic location just steps away from the Piazza Navona. The property was spacious and elegant but the location is what sold us! Very prompt and courteous communication with the owner who provided helpful restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. My only concern for folks with mobility challenges are the set of narrow stairs to the loft bedroom which has low beams and a sunken bed.

Pretty space, nice location.

This was a nice unit in a good location. Easy access to restaurants, etc. Close to taxi stand. Elevator does not function.

Location Location Location (and it’s cute!)

Wonderful property! Great decor, friendly service, incredible location (about a five minute walk to the Pantheon and a 30 minute walk to EVERYTHING ELSE!). My only caution, small tight stairway up to the loft bedroom, it worked great for us and our 20 year old daughter, but if it were my parents, it wouldn’t have worked for them. We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful location, fabulous apartment

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. Beautifully decorated and convenient in all of the right ways. Bed up in the loft was perfect for our two daughters. Spacious and in the absolute best location to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. We did take a cab to the Vatican and colosseum however everything else was a shower walk. Wonderful restaurants, markets nearby. Would stay here again.

Fantastic location

The location of this apartment was fantastic. Overall we had a very nice stay. Minor issues including fairly uncomfortable bed, poorly functioning shower downstairs, and non-functioning AC unit. Decor was very cool. It met our needs. Communication with owner was excellent via WhatsApp.

Cute and artsy, close to everything

My family enjoyed staying in this beautiful flat with high ceilings, a fun loft for the kids, and decorated with gorgeous artwork. We ate at so many wonderful restaurants nearby, shopped in Campo di Fiori market right around the corner, and walked to all of the amazing sights in Rome and Vatican. It was very convenient as our home base, but maybe just a little noisy near a main thoroughfare.

Great location not far from the Pantheon and lots of space to spread out.

We were here four nights in June and loved the location. Easy access to taxis right across the street and a short walk to the Pantheon and several nice cafés. The pastry shop near the building is one of the best in the city. The unit was the perfect size for four people and the upstairs loft offers some nice privacy. Also having two bathrooms was a bonus. The property managers set up transportation to and from the airport, even for a 4 AM pick up when we left. Highly recommend.

Little Roman Flat

Perfect location for so many things. It had everything we needed. There were a few minor repairs that need to be made, nothing that truly impacted our enjoyment of the stay, but if corrected, would have made things even nicer. I have notified the owner of the repairs and I feel certain this will be made.

Wonderful Flat in a Great Location!

This was a wonderful flat in the center of everything in Rome! Close walk to lots of places to eat, shop, and tour! We loved our flat and every moment in Rome! One minor issue was the washing machine was broken; however, we messaged the host/manager and were able to be directed to a very close self-wash laundry. It was HOT in Rome during our July stay, but the A/C worked wonderfully and the flat was a great place to take a break from the afternoon heat and then venture out again in the evening. Couldn't have asked for a better trip. Would definitely stay here again!

So close to Piazza Navona

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a Grill Central Location first to travel around the city from. Consider this a place to stay when you want to visit Rome. Great Location

So close to both Campo dei Fiori and Piazza Novana, so many good restaurants within 10 minutes…. Leanardo helped make the check in process seamless…. The only small drawback: the second bedroom is up a very narrow staircase and someone who is bigger it is challenging…and there is a wooden beam that is part of the architecture but of you don’t watch out, you can not your head (which I did twice)…. But all good

Great location, plenty of space

This was a perfect choice for 2 adults visiting Rome for the first time. The 2 bedrooms each had a private bath and 1 bedroom was on the main floor and the other was in the loft. This gave us privacy with plenty of shared space in the living room and kitchen for when we would stop to rest in between daytime and evening exploring. This is a first floor apartment which means it is up a flight of stairs. The kitchen could use some coffee cups but, other than that, we found the apartment perfect. There is some street noise but we were so exhausted after full days of sight-seeing that we rarely noticed. Most sights are within walking distance, but for those a little further away (Borghese, Colosseum, Vatican), we took a taxi. We used the IT Taxi app rather than looking for a taxi stand. The taxis came on time right to our location.

Rome stay

Unit wasn’t ready at 4pm when we arrived and cleaning crew just started. Left dirty dishes in dishwasher. Check in guy lied to us and said he wouldn’t be there til 6pm….we had to arrive at 4pm. Downstairs shower barely works. No toilet paper in either bathroom, no garbage bags- after we went shopping and bought all supplies- location was great

LOOKS ARE DECEIVING

This was our 6th vrbo stay on our Italy trip. Here are some pro’s and con’s to be aware of. Pro’s -Location was excellent -Close to all attractions, restaurants, and bars -True 2 bedroom apartment -Check in process was good -Very nicely decorated Con’s -Apartment was not very clean, We had to wash our feet before going to bed due to the floors being dirty from mopping them with a dirty mop that was in the laundry closet -Toilet bowls at the bottom were filthy and not scrubbed clean between each guest visit -Toilet seat was broken in main bathroom -Shower assembly was next to non functional in main bathroom along with sink faucet right handle, causing us to use only the upstairs shower -Coffee maker was there but did not work - Nightstand lights in the upstairs bedroom were there but bulbs burned out, along with one wall light also burned out -TV remote would not turn tv on so had to do it manually, remote worked for changing channels just not to turn on or off tv -3 Big Dirty laundry bags were left inside laundry cabinet from previous guests. This area was located in the kitchen and there was a foul odor. Property manager was notified immediately about the laundry and coffee maker and lights. He replied that he would take care of these items in the morning but nothing was taken care of. Property owner was notified the next day about the issues and was told they would be taken care of. They removed the laundry the day before we left and NOTHING else was fixed or resolved.

Great location!

We arrived and I contacted my host to tell them I had landed and his response was that he did not know I was to check in today. He was busy and it would be a few hours until he could get to us. We went to eat and then were contacted by Silvia who told us she was coming. I told her she had to wait on us because we were already eating lunch. We eventually met up with her and she allowed us to check in. She showed us how to manage items in the apartment and she left. When we came back from walking around, the apartment was still very cold. I texted her to tell her the heat was not working and she implied that I did it wrong and I did not know what I was doing. I told her I did exactly what she told me. Well, all night I didn’t have heat and it was absolutely freezing in the apartment. The next morning they finally came to fix it and there had been a problem. It wasn’t me after all. I was very upset because I spent my first night of Rome trying to stay warm. After that everything was fine in the apartment and we had no issues. It was a fantastic location and I would recommend, anyone to stay here, but I was very upset at the heat issue. Please understand that if you have mobility problems it might be difficult for you as you have to walk up to the second floor before you can get in ( the elevator does not work) and the second bedroom is on another floor and the stairs are not easy.

we were told the property had an elevator and air conditioning but when we checked in we were told we could not use the either. - the location is perfect great plaza's and restaurants and a taxi stand are within a few blocks. The unit was clean and roomy.

Well managed flat.

We enjoyed our stay very much in this clean and very well located apartment. Clean and well equipped with lots of tips from the manager on where to eat. We're 2 older couples and easily navigated 20 steps up to the first floor entry. However we thought it was a flat so didn't expect a steep narrow staircase up to the 2nd bedroom. It was difficult to get luggage up those stairs.
