Interior with fine finishes, divided on two levels. The first living area with kitchen, lounge and bathroom. French windows leading directly onto the veranda and garden. On the first floor the main double bedroom facing the lake with parquet flooring and a master bathroom. Two other bedrooms, one double and one twin, with shared bathroom. Internet WIFI available. Charming and quiet location overlooking the center of the lake. Ideal location for excursions and visits both to the most beautiful places on the lake, Bellagio Cernobbio, Varenna, Menaggio, and to the splendid villas located on the lake.

Superbe location

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette Villa au bord de l eau avec une superbe plage à proximité. L accueil de Giovanni en Français a été un plus. La route est sinueuse depuis Come et vers Bellagio aussi nous avons apprécié de pouvoir prendre le bus à proximité de la villa.

Perfect location right on the lake

Giovanni's property is amazing! Lots of space over two floors, and a garden area that goes right to the edge of the lake!! Four of us stayed there and had plenty of room to spread out. The spacious living room included a smart TV and a dining area, though it was much nicer to sit outside on the patio or on the loungers in the garden. There were also paddle boards and kayaks to use, though these seem to be shared with a couple of other apartments. Giovanni was very responsive and a great host. The directions were easy to follow and check in was simple. We had a problem with the hot water on our first morning, but he came out immediately to fix it even though it was a Sunday morning. A great spot for a perfect, relaxing holiday.

Schnuckeliges Reihenhaus direkt am See

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche direkt am Wasser, mehr kann man nicht wollen. Man kann prima baden, die Kajaks nutzen oder natürlich Ausflüge machen. Der Bus geht gleich wenige Meter vom Haus los, und es gibt wenige Kilometer weiter auch einen Fähranleger. Das Haus ist klein, aber super geschnitten und hat drei Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder, insofern: prima für uns sieben! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!!

Merveilleux séjour en famille

Nous avons passé une tres belle semaine dans cette superbe maison avec tout le confort et une magnifique vue sur le lac. On a également pu utiliser les canoës et paddles à disposition pour la plus grande joie des enfants. Sans oublier un accueil des plus chaleureux de Giovanni. Que de très bons souvenirs !

Perfect Seaview

Perfect situated at Lake Como between Como and Bellagio. Giovanni and his wife are very nice and the communication is very fast (personal and via SMS). The garden is direct at the lake and there are several kajaks etc. The seaview is like a postcard photo! The house was very clean and perfect for 7 persons (3 bathrooms). The kitchen was very good equipped. Thanks Giovanni!!!

Der Ort Lezzeno ist keine Reise wert..alles extrem eng und frei PP sind selten anzutreffen.

Giovanni ist wirklich ein Super Gastgeber. Hat alles tip top und sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Manche Einbauschränke müffeln,aber ich denke dass das an einem See auch normal ist. Der Garten dürfte ein bisschen mehr Liebe bekomnen😉 Alles war sauber und wenn der Ort besser wäre würden wir hier sicher nochmals Urlaub machen. Wer aber Ruhe sucht,der finder hier die ideale Unterkunft. Toll fand ich auch dass man Kajaks und SUP zur Verfügung hatte..und auch wenn man die mit den Gästen der anderen Haushälfte ( noch 4 kleine Wohnungen) teilen musste war das nie ein Problem.

schöne Lage, aber schmutzige Küche

das Objekt liegt traumhaft schön und ganz nah am Wasser. Man kann Kajaks nutzen, die vorhanden sind. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr gut für eine große Familie. Leider war die Küche sehr schmutzig, die Spülmaschine war verdreckt und die Schränke rochen unangenehm muffig. Der Kaffeeautomat funktionierte nicht. Sehr schade, denn das Haus liegt super. Wenn sich die Sauberkeit bessert immer wieder gerne!!

Right on the lake

The property is neat, clean. The bathrooms are very modern, and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a view of the lake and surrounding villages. Giovanni is so kind and helpful. The roads are a challenge and be sure to have an automatic car.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt im Haus am See

Wir haben ein sehr schöne Woche in Lezzeno verbracht. Das Haus ist gut und solide ausgestattet, sauber und bot uns ausreichend Platz (6 Personen). Die Lage direkt am Seeufer mit Zugang zum Wasser und die Möglichkeiten Kajak zu fahren und Stand up paddeln zu können (gehört zum Wohnkomplex mit den Nachbarn) , ist einfach toll. Lezenno ist für den Besuch der Region Comer See ein ausgezeichneter Ausgangspunkt. Empfehlenswert!

Ein tolles Haus in einer sensationellen Umgebung. Perfekter Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert. Frischen Fisch, frisches Gemüse und frische Eier von Onkel und Mutter. Einfach herrlich. Es gab nichts, das fehlte. Nur zu empfehlen.

- Tolles Grundstück direkt am See - SUPs und Kajaks standen immer zur Verfügung - eingezäuntes Grundstück, sodass unser Hund immer frei laufen konnte - sehr zu empfehlen

Perfect Holiday

First of all the House is wonderfull! The garden with a wonderfull view on the other side of the Lake Como is perfect. The best thing is the opportunity to swim in the Lake. The entrance is just around the house and then you have little stairs and you are direct at the Lake. Boats (Kanu) are there and you can use them free of charge. Giovanni is a prefect Host. He is there if you need something... He is a Superhost! The house has everything you need. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking ... the beds and the rooms are clean. For going to Bellagio or Como..... just take the Bus.... as the streets are very small and you will not find a praking place! But buy the Bus tickets in the Bar about 400m away! We had a perfect week with two families .. 4 Adults and 3 kids! Thx Giovanni... !

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht und ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und es wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt. Das Schönste an dem Haus ist der tolle Blick auf den See von der Terrasse aus, wir haben dort viele Stunden gesessen und den Ausblick sehr genossen. Auch ist Giovanni sehr nett und lustig - es war ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
