The apartment
The apartment is located in the elegant marina of Santa Maria al Bagno (Municipality of Nardò-Salento-Italy), in the beautiful bay of Gallipoli.
The apartment is located within a single property consisting of several units with separate entrance. The property was completely renovated in 2017 and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment, about 80 square meters, consists of two independent bedrooms (one double and one triple), a large bathroom also recently renovated, a dining room with kitchenette, a large entrance and a veranda. Both at the entrance and in the dining room there are two new double sofa beds. The kitchen is large and equipped with electric oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, a new set of dishes and crockery and each kitchen tool, a 32 inch TV, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. All the beds are new, as are the mattresses and furnishings. The rooms have a ceiling fan. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning. The veranda at the entrance, covered and fenced, overlooks the municipal road and is equipped with table and chairs to allow eating out, useful in the presence of children.
The unit is equipped with external surveillance cameras, mosquito nets, external grilles, safe, ceiling fans, air conditioning, free Wifi. The parking space is free and free on the wide municipal road.
The apartment has a large terrace equipped with 2 outdoor showers, washing machine, clothesline, shed, sink, armchairs and garden chairs, tables and chairs, all shared with other 3 small units of the same property. This equipped air will allow you to do the solarium during the day and to spend delicious dinners outdoors or relaxing moments watching the sunset or watching the stars lying on the beds with a good wine from Salento offered by us.

Rules and costs
• We rent all year for weeks, the week is from Saturday at 16.00 to 10.00 on the following Saturday. Discounts are available for periods longer than two weeks, for these requests, please send an email
• We will be present to welcome you at the keys delivery and available for any requests during your stay.
• Towels and sheets are on request for a supplement of € 15 per person per stay. While kitchen linen is present.
• Use of air conditioning is included in the price.
• A key deposit of € 200 (cash only) is requested, which will be returned at the exit.
• The cost for charging electric / hybrid cars (if possible) is charged separately and according to consumption.
• 100% refund if you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before your arrival date.
• No pets allowed.




Distances and points of interest
The apartment is only 400 meters from the sea accessible and swimming, a wonderful low cliff full of inlets. The famous "Quattro Colonne" tower stands on these rocks, today a renowned restaurant, lounge bar and disco. This ancient tower, symbol of Santa Maria al Bagno and one of the icons of Salento, is one of the largest coastal towers of sighting of Salento built by Charles V, in the sixteenth century, to defend the territory from the assaults of the Saracens. The central part of the ancient tower collapsed and today only the four corner bastions remain. In the place where the tower is located there is a source of fresh water, also known by pirates who often attacked the area to refuel. In fact, it is still possible today to immerse yourself in this cold water. From the tower begins the promenade where you walk in the evening until you get to the center of the village with its square, the beating heart of the marina. Next to the tower takes place the characteristic weekly market on Sunday mornings.
Also 400 meters from the apartment you can reach the brand new, elegant and well-attended bathhouse "Salsedine" with which we have a convention, here we organize aperitifs, dance evenings with dj-set. Continuing on is the Kiosco Kilometro Zero, located on the cliff that allows you to enjoy an aperitif at sunset accompanied by music until late at night.
If you want sand you can reach the beach at the center of the village at about 750 meters or at 2.5 km the free sandy beaches of Lido Conchiglie.
The location is strategic for a holiday because Santa Maria al Bagno is 4 km from the highway Lecce-Gallipoli from which you can easily and quickly reach each locality of Salento. In fact, Santa Maria al Bagno is not only 8 km from Gallipoli, the center of Salento nightlife, with numerous beaches and the best nightclubs, but also 2.5 km from Lido Conchiglie where you can find a sandy beach; 4 Km from Santa Caterina, another marina full of life and locals; 5.6 Km from the Splash Aquatic Park of Gallipoli; 6 km from the famous Riobò nightclub in Gallipoli; 6 Km from Porto Selvaggio (protected oasis among the most beautiful of Salento); 17 km from Porto Cesareo; 29 km from Lecce, capital of the province and charming baroque city called the "Florence of the South"; Brindisi - Salento Airport is 59 km away.
