Any smoking in the house or close to the windows will result in a hefty fine.
Located next to Flagey square, beating heart of the Brussels nightlife.
Lots of bus connections, to the city center, the train stations and the airport.
Many cafes and restaurants in the street and around.
Not far away from the European institutions (10min bus bus).
