Sa Canova d'Ariany is a wonderful newly built finca, which has all the comforts of a modern villa in a rustic enclave, surrounded by fruit trees, in which to enjoy the peace and tranquility that is breathed in the area, because It is located 5 minutes from the town of Ariany and 20 minutes by car from the beach of Can Picafort, factors that allow you to enjoy a wonderful vacation in a quiet area and at the same time relatively close to the bustle of the coastal area.
The Villa is very spacious both inside the house and in the pool and outdoor area. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub. At the back of the house there is a wonderful barbecue and a children's play area with a swing and a tree house, which will delight the little ones, it also has table tennis. For those who prefer to relax there are several rest areas and also two hammocks under the shade of several trees in which to enjoy the typical Spanish “siesta”.

DISTRIBUTION:
The house is distributed all over the ground floor for the comfort of the clients, thus the entrance of this stone house, presents us a cozy hall with access to a spacious living room, with 2 sofas, tv, satellite, wifi ... and with access to two terraces and the pool area. To the right we find a spacious room with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with a bathtub. Right next to the living room is the spacious, perfectly equipped kitchen with access to the BBQ and the back area. On the left side of the house we find 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 complete bathrooms with shower.
Equipment and services:
Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Air Conditioning, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Swimming Pool. Property fully equipped with bedding and towels.
From November 1 to April 30, depending on diesel consumption, 1.10 euros per liter. Not included.

The cost of electricity is € 18 / day


Note 1. The final cleaning costs are not included in the rental price. The cost is € 380.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
