The property is over two floors with living area, dining and kitchen on the ground floor - spacious, light and airy, this fabulous room has it all, coastal style, combined with functionality within a traditional cottage. The kitchen is very well equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer. The living room has a sofa, armchairs and wall mounted   40'' smart TV. Upstairs, there are the two bedrooms and bathroom.
East Mews Cottage has the best of both worlds, in a peaceful location with gardens and parking close to the beach and town’s amenities. This stylish 2 bedroom cottage is the perfect option for a family or friends looking for a seaside bolthole with the beach in reach. The property also comes with it's own parking space, ideal for leaving your car and exploring on foot.
Chic Southwold is packed with high end stores including Joules and Jack Wills plus some excellent independent galleries, delis, bakers and butchers. There some fabulous cafes, pubs and restaurants too, in fact you could easily spend a week in the town and have plenty to entertain with the beach, lighthouse, pier all close at hand.
If you’re planning on getting out and about why not hire a bike or try your hand at paddle boarding or surfing. This entire area of Suffolk is a myriad of footpaths -  walk along the river bank or explore one of the nearby villages or visit RSPB Minsmere, just a short drive away. You could of course just stay in Southwold… take a stroll along the beach, stop of for a beer and cockles at one of the pubs and just chill.
