We have just bought and renovated our second home located in a one-way street, not busy in the town of the spine.
This house is between the center of the village (with 2 bakeries, butcher's shop, Saturday market, supermarket ...) and the beach

Capacity: 8 people
6 rooms, 3 bedrooms (the first with a bed of 160, the second with a bed of 140 + a single bed, the third with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed)
Separate kitchen with oven, Induction hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator,
Living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, Hi-fi system, board games
Dining room with Clic Clac,
Bathroom with double sinks, separate toilet,

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. Les enfants ont profitez à fond la descend des voitures (parking) pour faire du vélo (3-5 ans) et du jardin. La plage se trouve a 5 minutes de marche. La maison est très confortable, propre et bien équipé. M. Hervé est un proprietaire attentive. A louer sans hésitation.

Escapade à Noirmoutier en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'Epine. Ce village et ses plages sont beaucoup plus tranquilles que Noirmoutier en l'île. Concernant votre maison, nous avions beaucoup d'espace ce qui était très appréciable. En terme d'équipements nous avions tout ce qui nous était nécessaire.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances ! La maison est idéalement située (la plage et le centre du village sont accessibles à pieds, et le reste de l’île à vélo), au calme, fonctionnelle et tres agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Séjour au calme

Nous avons tous aimé notre séjour dans cette maison au calme et bien située entre la plage et le centre ville de l’Épine. La maison est très bien équipée, très propre et fonctionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Fonctionnelle et très bien équipée

Idéalement située, très fonctionnelle, notamment grâce à son garage (pour les vélos) et sa terrasse, cette location a ravi toute la famille. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Par ailleurs très bien située, à quelques pas de la plage et du centre-bourg.

Le moulin des Trappes

Une maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée,idéalement située à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes du centre bourg. Environnement calme( malgré les travaux de toiture du voisinage), une adresse a conserver.

Agréable séjour sur l’île de Noirmoutier

J'ai passée un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, ou j'ai pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée, au calme et sans vis à vis, génial pour profiter des repas en famille au soleil ! La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et à 2 pas des commerces et du marché ( 3 min à pied) et de la plage (5 min à pied ) Autre point appréciable , il est possible de stationner plusieurs voitures sur le terrain Je reviendrai très volontiers pour un plus long séjour dans cette maison
