The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living area with living room and kitchenette complete with all appliances and separated from the rest of the house and a bathroom with a large shower. The house is complete with all comforts. Access to the beautiful Seccione beach is only 150 meters away. where there is the possibility of renting deckchairs and sun loungers

Sehr erholsame Woche

Man fühlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die beiden grossen Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet mit allem Wesentlichen (Gasherd, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine). Der Garten ist ein Traum. Liegestühle und Sessel - alles vorhanden. Das Grundstück hat rundherum einen Zaun, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Zwischen den Bäumen sieht man vom Liegestuhl direkt aufs Meer. Was will man noch mehr? Den Strand erreicht man über eine Treppe zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten. Wer jedoch Sandstrand bevorzugt, sollte eher in Scaglieri oder im Süden buchen. Die Vermieter sind unkompliziert und sehr nett.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus

Wir waren sehr überrascht das wir ganz für uns waren. Es war sehr ruhig und man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer. Ugo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt und sich Zeit genommen um uns das Haus zu zeigen und uns alles zu erklären, auch gab er uns Reisetipps die wirklich gut waren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Trotz Quallenplage schöne Zeit

Leider hatten wir Nordwind und demzufolge sehr viele Quallen. Lärm von der Straße war etwas unangenehm und die Hunde des Nachbarn waren sehr laut beim Eingang. Aber die Vermieter haben sich Mühe gegeben.

Casa del mare

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.Ugo hat uns sogar an der Fähre abgeholt, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen.Das Haus war sehr schön. Auch der Strand beim Haus, wunderschön. Alles in allem ein super schöner Urlaub. Danke Ugo Liebe Grüße Daniela und Achim

bilocale vista mare incantevole

ho soggiornato con mio marito e mio figlio di 12 anni in questo bilocale per una settimana di agosto e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza più che positiva. Il bilocale è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è arredato con gusto ed attenzione ad ogni bisogno. Aspetto da non trascurare è l'ampio spazio fuori, sia per la macchina, che ti permette di arrivare davanti casa, ma anche per rilassarti sui lettini in totale privacy o cenare all'aperto, con una meravigliosa vista mare. Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura e i proprietari, persone serie e disponibili.

Top Ferienwohnung!

Mit eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen zum fairen Preis. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Stadt, sodass man schnell die wichtigsten Knotenpunkte der Insel erreicht. Auch ein sehr schöner Strand befindet sich ca. 200m unterhalb des Ferienhauses. Das Grundstück und das Haus an sich sind wirklich wunderschön gestaltet und es sollte einem eigentlich an nichts fehlen! Und ja unterhalb verläuft eine mäßig befahrene Straße, welche auch im Haus in der Nacht manchmal zu hören ist…und störte das allerdings nicht und irgendwo muss man eben zumindest kleine Abstriche machen. Die Abholung und begleitete Fahrt vom Hafen zur Ferienwohnung hat uns wirklich überrascht und zeugt von der herzlichen Und außerordentlichen Gastfreundschaft vom Vermieter Ugo! Alles in Allem also wirklich top! Wir können die Ferienwohnung wirklich mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Ottimo

Ottima accoglienza. Casa molto bella e nuova in piacevolissimo contesto. Pace e relax. Spiaggia sottostante con unico neo i 200 scalini per arrivarci. Ma proprio per questo molto meno affollata del resto dell’isola.

Per chi ama quiete e relax e’ ideale.

Siamo stati accolti con professionalità e cortesia, aiutati a superare le difficoltà di adattamento iniziale a un’isola molto trafficata. Le strade sono tortuose e strette , non esiste un catarifrangente che di notte aiuti in percorsi sempre bui e pieni di motorette e auto che pensano di essere al rally! Girare di notte non è’ affatto piacevole, direi scoraggiante , soprattutto dopo una cena in un buon ristorante. Qualche catarifrangente , magari vernice luminescente non costerebbe molto!

TUTTE LE COMODITA', IN UNA PRIVACY ASSOLUTA

La casa è posizionata strategicamente, distante dal centro tanto da garantire una privacy assoluta, ma vicina tanto da avere ogni comodità a portata di mano. La spiaggia sottostante è bella e attrezzata, e la discesa abbastanza agevole. La vicinanza della strada non disturba, sia perché gli alberi intorno forniscono una discreta barriera antirumore, sia perché gli interni son molto ben insonorizzati, cosa che garantisce sonni tranquilli. L'attrezzatura è tutta di ottima qualità, lo spazio è funzionale ed esteticamente molto gradevole sia dentro sia fuori. E' una sistemazione perfetta per due persone. Un particolare ringraziamento al proprietario, che è stato molto disponibile.

Absolute Privatsphäre mit gehobener Ausstattung

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Apartment verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist Und gut eingerichtet. Ideal für ein Paar. Wir waren mit einem Hund da, der es sehr genossen hat auf dem Grundstück frei herumlaufen zu können. An der Küchenausstattung fehlte nichts, das Bad ist sehr schön. Sehr gute Lage zur Erkundung der Nord-Küste. Nur wenige Auto-Minuten von Portoferraio und dem großen Conad Supermarkt entfernt. Zum Capo D‘Enfola ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten. Etwas überraschend für uns war die relativ hohe Frequenz des Straßenverkehrs zwischen Hauptstadt und Capo. Die Straße verläuft direkt unterhalb des Grundstücks. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte sich gestört fühlen. Die 150 m bis zum Strand Abgang verlaufen ebenfalls an der Straße. Für uns kein Problem, mit kleinen Kindern vielleicht schwieriger. Ugo hat uns persönlich von der Fähre abgeholt um uns den Weg zu weisen. Dann hat er sich sehr viel Zeit genommen, uns einen ersten Einblick in die Umgebung zu geben sowie Ausflugstipps zu erklären. Sehr dankbar waren wir für die Restaurant Tipps. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der ersten Woche auf Elba sehr wohl gefühlt und in den folgenden Tagen manchmal sehnsüchtig an Ugos und Elviras Apartment gedacht und uns dorthin zurückgewünscht. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch auf Elba gerne wieder hier Station machen.

Un’oasi di tranquillità

Bellissimo bilocale indipendente con zona esterna ombreggiata e vista mare. La casa è fresca, ben arredata e completa di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari. La spiaggia del Seccione è facilmente raggiungibile tramite un sentiero ombreggiato. Buon punto di partenza per visitare l’isola grazie all’ottima posizione e al comodo posto auto riservato. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
