In a splendid Mediterranean garden equipped with a children's playground, gazebo, benches and lots of space for outdoor activities. Ideal for families and all those who like to relax in a quiet corner. What could be better than relaxing while meditating under a centenary olive tree while the children play?

La migliore residenza in zona Quartu Sant’Elena

Il piacere e il privilegio di vivere in un meraviglioso parco naturale, in mezzo a fichi d’india, mirti, piante grasse e pini mediterranei, a due passi dal mare e in un punto strategico per raggiungere le migliori spiaggie intorno a Cagliari. Oltre a tutto ciò la casa è molto accogliente e confortevole e Sandro , il proprietario, è di una gentilezza unica, pieno di attenzioni per rendere la vacanza piacevolissima e indimenticabile! Noi ritorneremo sicuramente !

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir waren 8 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung und hatten eine tolle Zeit. GASTGEBER Sandro war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit — von Strandtipps, über eine Schulung zu den sardischen Regeln für Mülltrennung bis Babybett, Babystuhl & Restaurant-Tipps. Danke für die große Unterstützung, Sandro. LAGE Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, Ecke von Capitana — hier gibt es ausschließlich Ferienhäuser und Grundstücke. Ein schmaler Strand ist nur 200-300m entfernt. Uns hat der Strand sehr gut gefallen. Er ist aber nicht mit den größeren Stränden vergleichbar. Zur Erfrischung am Morgen oder zwischendurch wunderbar. Leider sind Restaurants, Cafés & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß nur über eine teilweise stark befahrene Hauptstraße ohne Gehweg zu erreichen. Innerhalb von 15-30min gelangt man an die fantastischen Strände des Südostens der Insel (Geremeas, Torre Delle Stelle, Solanas, Porto Giunco, Costa Rei). Für uns war es eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Ausflüge in den Südwesten (Chia, Pula, etc.) sind mit bedeutend mehr Zeitaufwand verbunden, da man durch Cagliari durch muss. Macht auch mal Spaß, aber aus unserer Sicht nichts für öfter. AUSSTATTUNG Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Vor allem gibt es auch viel Besteck, Teller, Pfannen, Töpfe, Stauraum, großen Kühlschrank & Co., wenn man selbst häufiger kochen möchte. Meist hat die Wohnung eine sehr angenehme Temperatur, da sie die untere von 2 Wohnungen im Haus ist und kaum direkte Sonne abbekommt. An sehr heißen Tagen/Wochen (z.B. Mitte August), kann sie sich etwas aufheizen — da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man hoffen, dass es nachts abkühlt und es durch lüften wieder kühler wird. Das ging meistens gut & so kühl wie mit einer Klimaanlage wird es aber natürlich nie. Auf dem Dach ist eine Solaranlage. Sandro war einverstanden, dass wir unseren Hybrid tagsüber laden — das war wirklich super! GRUNDSTÜCK Das Grundstück ist riesig, vollständig umzäunt und hat sogar eine Rutsche, Schaukel, Wippen und eine kleine Seilbahn für Kinder. Aufgrund der Hitze im Süden der Insel wächst im Garten leider kein Gras, aber zahlreiche Kakteen und es liegen viele stachelige Äste & Gräser herum. Das macht den Garten für ganz klein Kinder etwas gefährlich.
