Villas Costa Brava Villa Ságulla Beautiful house with access to Ságulla Cove

The house belongs to a farm with more than 3 hectares (30,000 m2) in which two houses are located the first house where the property of the farm and the guest house that we offer for rent live. Withdrawn a few hundred meters from the main house it has its own environment, space and privacy.
The house, Mediterranean style, completely renovated in 2017, has large windows that give interior light. It consists of two floors and on the outside there is a covered porch, a private pool and access through a path to the cala S'agulla. The Cove is totally paved and semi-private.

Parfait

L’emplacement de la maison est absolument incroyable au milieu d’ un parc naturel. Le calme et la nature sont très appréciables. La maison est très bien équipée et agréable dans le fonctionnement. L’accueil est parfait et le propriétaire très réactif. Séjour parfait.

Idyllisches Haus am Meer

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Platz, große Küche, sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Meer ist von den Schlafzimmern und der Terrasse mit Pool zu sehen. Der Blick am Ende des Gartens aufs Meer und die Bucht ist einmalig. Die Zufahrt, welche von der Hauptstraße abgeht, ist nicht offensichtlich und etwas versteckt. Die Straße zum Haus ist unbefestigt, schmal und holprig. Achtung: das Durchfahrtstor ist nur etwas mehr als 2 m breit. Jordi war ein super Gastgeber, hat sich um Alles umgehend gekümmert und stand uns jederzeit mit Tipps zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank!

Très agréable séjour

Il faudrait améliorer la vue sur la mer de la piscine par exemple en coupant la haie À l’inverse il est nécessaire de mieux isoler visuellement la villa de la maison du propriétaire qui surplombe

Awesome house and property, owner needs to step up on mosquito control and screens in windows.

This is an awesome house situated on a large piece of private property at the end of a private cated road. It has multiple access to the balaeric Sea. A lovely pool, and a very well appointed house with bedrooms that easily sleep eight. We spent a month at the house, enjoyed almost everything about it. The exception was that, despite numerous requests, the owners left the stepped ponds outside the house stagnant so that they were festering grounds for mosquito hatching every day. Given that it was warm out and that there were no screens in the windows, this made for rather unnecessarily miserable evenings and nights. . It also meant that we couldn’t really spend any time enjoying the patio deck where there is a beautiful table near the pool That would’ve been ideal for dinners.. In the very last two days we were there, the pools were finally filled and flowing and treated, and the mosquitoes almost completely disappeared. We were disappointed that this was not handled better, as it was both unsightly, and unpleasant. If the owners and the property agents can get their act together to keep these clean and get a few screens in a few windows, it would be five stars every time.
