Villa Antoinette - west two-room apartment/short stay

Spending a long or short holiday in Villa Antonietta means to get completely away from the frenetic daily rhythms and immerse yourself in the quiet and serenity of a nature that has all the elements to capture and enchant the visitor; at the foot of the hills where the colors of the Mediterranean scrub alternate with the changing colors of ancient olive trees, there is a beach of fine sand bathed by a blue and endless sea that is lost on the horizon. "Piano della Torre "is the name of the place, located halfway along the road that leads from the capital to Palinuro, where the property is located, a lovely and charming cottage consisting of two residential units 10 minutes from the sea. Recently furnished with taste, the two-room apartment located on the 1st floor is equipped with all comforts including satellite TV and mosquito nets to all the fixtures: at guests' disposal there are also a barbecue to cheer up the meals with tasty barbecues, a wooden table with chairs and sun lounger to enjoy the sun even from home and an umbrella and two chairs to go to the sea. There are four beds available, three in the bedroom in the attic and one in a sofa bed in the living area. Finally, to make the stay even more enjoyable, there is the possibility to make excursions along the coast and inside, as well as to visit with the hydrofoil service Capri and the Sorrento peninsula. The prices include the supply of electricity, water, cooking gas, final cleaning, sheets and towels (sink and shower). The apartment inside is equipped with sheets, plates, glasses, cutlery, table towel, tea towels, electric oven, fridge with freezer. There is also an iron and a hairdryer. In the bathroom with hot and cold water (10 lt. Electric water heater) there is no bidet, but the shower, the toilet and the sink. The rooms are on two different levels and communicate with an internal staircase but are not separated by doors. In the living area (1st floor) there is a TV, a kitchen and a table with a bench for a total of four / five seats. The house is also equipped with wireless internet. The parking space is external but fenced and closed with a gate. The car is recommended for travel because, the beach and the town of Marina di Ascea are 4 Km (about 10 'drive), while the nearest town is Ascea Capoluogo which is 1 Km away and is located in the hills. A trekking trail has been activated for some years, starting a few hundred meters from the house and leading to the beach below. It is very beautiful and panoramic and allows you to reach the sea in about 15 minutes on foot. The last 400 meters of road are gravel roads half and half cemented, especially the first section that is sloping, but can be easily traveled by a medium-sized car as long as it is not sporty.
