Our 240 m² Villa is located in the residential area of Célony 5 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence and the beautiful village of Puyricard.
It is a very pleasant and comfortable residence, ideal for accommodating two families and staying in peace. It is close to all amenities and all sites of interest.
It is made up of 5 rooms overlooking nature, each equipped with a bathroom or shower, including a suite and an independent studio perfect for hosting a babysitter. The 90 m² living space "inside / outside" opens with large brick walls on a magnificent wooden terrace and a secure 11x5m swimming pool in the middle of a large landscaped garden. All rooms are equipped with refreshing floors giving a very pleasant interior atmosphere even in hot weather.
