Beautifully renovated and cozy 3-floor house in a quiet side-street in the center of Rethymno Old Town. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay with high-quality furniture and appliances. The ground floor consists of an open space living room and kitchen with dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, also, a dishwasher and washing machine.
The first floor has a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together for a double bed. The bedroom has a very spacious wardrobe as well. There is a ceiling fun in that bedroom and also there is air conditioning. On the same floor, there is a toilet with shower-corner.
The top floor can be used as an office. There are a small sofa bed, an office table and an A/C unit. It is also the exit to the veranda, a perfect spot i eating breakfast or dinner. It is equipped with 2 chairs, a small table and an umbrella for shade.

Dining area, seating up to 3 people.

Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor.
