About this property

Located just 4 miles from Beaver Stadium and campus, this lovely 2-story home on 6.5 acres. Making your stay quiet and private with the convenience of being in State College. The home has great living spaces on a very private lot located right on Mount Nittany! Enjoy a close up view of Mount Nittany and maybe even decide to take a hike! Our back property line adjoins the Mount Nittany Conservancy blue trail. The newly renovated kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, as well as hardwood floors throughout. Downstairs living area was renovated to feature an open floor plan for gatherings. There are 4 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 fulls, 2 twins) with 2 full baths and 1 half bath, as well as multiple flat screen t.v.'s. We also have a large sectionsl sofa in main livingand two futons in second living area. Great for accommodating large groups and families for any event or occasion! Sleeps 13 which will be our max rental capacity.

Great place to stay, very clean and comfortable house with good price. Location is 10-15 minutes from most things but has an incredible view. Safe as well.

State College weekend stay

This property is in a great location maybe 10 minutes outside of Penn State University. The house was very clean, with every amenity we needed during our stay. the outdoor area in the back yard was nice as was the firepit area in the front. Would stay here agaun!!

Perfect for PSU games!

My buddies and I were in town for a Penn State game and this place was perfect. We had 12 guys and had room to sleep everyone with a couple air mattresses. Highly recommended for big groups coming in for games.

Familyfootball getaway

Beautiful property perfect for large family or friend groups. Everything was as advertised and perfect for what we wanted, a large family trip for a football game and to visit our student son.

The house was very clean and was a good size for our group (9 of us). There were a few items that weren't perfect (dishwasher was broken, beds weren't super comfortable) Overall a very good place to stay for a Penn State football game. Close to the campus, very convenient.

Absolutely Phenomenal!!!

We came to State College to drop our kids off for school and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home is in the perfect location and you couldn’t ask for a nicer, more comfortable house in such a peaceful setting. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience

Great accommodations for our large group. Property was beautiful and super convenient location for getting to BJC. Lots of amenities-- sad we never got to use fire pit/and yummy smores snacks that were provided...just ran out of time. we definitely want to stay again- so hopefully next trip! Owners were amazing to work with. Very responsive to any questions or needs. Cannot say enough good things about this stay

Beautiful setting.

Very fortunate to find this gem. 8th grade basketball team competing in Pennsylvania State Tournament. Was a classic retreat with a beautiful view of the valley from the mountain. An incredibly fun set up for kids with land, basketball, trampoline, and Xbox set up. We experienced so much at this property and really bonded as a team. Couldn’t imagine it being more perfect.

State College Stay

Spent a few days at this property. Nice quiet spot that is off the beaten path but it is still close to the downtown area and campus. Saw lots of wildlife on the property. It had all of the amenities that we needed. Enjoyed the stay.

A beautiful Oasis or relaxation!

We stayed 3 nights in this gorgeous house tucked away in the foothills of State College. It was very conveniently located to amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. But it felt like we were far removed from anything as this house sits on a massive sweeping property with plenty of places to sit outside amongst the grass and trees. The house was spacious and clean with very comfortable couches and recliners, large TVs, multiple gathering areas etc. I would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to State College!

Fabulous stay in State College!

This is a terrifically maintained property and the owners are great to work with. There is great space to accommodate a group of friends and family. Particularly beautiful in the fall! We would highly recommend.

Volleyball Tournament

We came out to visit for the weekend for a volleyball tournament my daughter had and this house was perfect for our family of 5! It was also a plus to have our two Boston Terrier puppies join us for the weekend. The scenery and hiking trails were amazing and we would come back in a heartbeat. The hosts were very nice and made us feel at home. They left us a special treat of marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers to make s'mores around the fire pit out front which we did one night and it was so nice to sit out there under the stars. Highly recommend the house for your stay in the Penn State area!

Very nice house with beautiful view. Would be a great fall rental!

The owners were great. A little further away from PSU than it appeared, but the view was spectacular. Nice, quiet and a pretty view.

Great place for PSU Alums!

As a PSU Grad, it was a great place to reunite with friends (now with kids) and spend a weekend together! The trampoline was a big hit and the firepit was sizable for all of us to be around to enjoy s'mores. The place is well stocked with toys, spices, and anything else you may need for a weekend away. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit the area.
