Enjoy this remodeled beachfront condo in Tower 4 - 9th floor and its spectacular ocean views from every room with floor to ceiling windows. Perfectly set up and appointed for vacationing couples and families.
A convenient keyless entry provides easy access to your entire party without the hassle of key-cards or keys.
The well- appointed kitchen with maple cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully-equipped with everything that you’ll need and has all of the comforts of home.
The spacious living room with Queen sleeper sofa, club chairs and rocker provide room for all of your quests. A large flat screen Smart HDTV and Blue-Ray DVD player will keep you entertained. Sliders provide direct access to the oceanfront balcony and beautiful beach/gulf views. True coastal vacation at its best.
The dining area features a large Cape Cod table that seats six and comfy breakfast bar stools for additional seating. Perfect for those stay-at-home meals.
The large Master Suite features a King bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and plenty of drawer space. Spa-like Master Bath with over-sized bathtub, shower and has a separate double vanity area. A private doorway provides direct access to the outdoor balcony.
2nd Master Suite has two Queen beds, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and ample drawer space. It has a separate and spacious bath with double vanity and over-sized tub. This master also has direct access to the outdoor balcony.
The large tiled balcony has a patio table and outdoor seating. The perfect spot for outdoor meals, relaxation and beautiful ocean views.
PLUS, included with your stay, four beachfront lounge chairs and two beach umbrellas are set up for you each and every morning. Just grab your towel and hit the beach!
Enjoy splashing in any one of the three pools w/hot tubs at Long Beach Resort. The gigantic Lagoon Pool with waterfall and tropical landscaping or two Polynesian pools. Don’t forget to visit the Lagoon Pool’s Hangout Tiki Bar and Grill (seasonal) where you can grab some food, cool drinks and adult beverages.

Spring break getaway

Beautiful condo. The layout is amazing with 2 en-suite rooms. Well equipped kitchen and recommendations in a binder. The pools weren’t heated but very clean. The balcony is fabulous with the best sunset view every night. Loved it. Highly recommend this condo.

Incredible views and all your vacation needs met in this unit

I was so impressed with this condo and our experience there. I’ve stayed in many rentals, including very high end properties and this home really went above and beyond in ways that many don’t. The towels were plush and plentiful, there were plenty of dishes, utensils, storage containers for leftovers, soap dispensers, toothbrush holders, and power strips on each nightstand. The list goes on and on. The home was incredibly clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and loved having the beach chair service for our whole group.Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if coming to PCB

Just Perfect

The condo description was as described and more. Perfect as the pictures shown. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Chairs and beach toys in the closet. The beds were comfortable and it was nice waking up with the view of the ocean. Receiving our check in package at the gate when we arrived made it an easy process. Communication by email worked great. The entire facility is well kept and clean. This includes the pools. Security was always on duty at the gate. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for vacation

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort several times for several years. This condo was our absolute favorite. Clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen very well equipped, two sets of beach chairs were a plus and Kim is so easy to work with. Will definitely try and get this condo again

This was our first time to PCB. This condo was clean. This kitchen was well stocked including spices, baking supplies, etc. We loved the beach chairs as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding place to stay, but with one fault

This place was great, roomy, well equipped, clean, very comfortable. Couldn't ask for much more. Location is great for anything you may want to do. If I could find anything wrong, it would be the elevators; there was only one available due to the other one broke down. This was bad on check out day, especially.

Lots of great things

We have stayed in multiple areas and Condos in PCB. Long Beach is my favorite. Centrally located, can walk to multiple places. Some of the great bonuses of this particular condo: 1. The showers are awesome, none of the ones that barely trickle, these make you feel very clean and relaxed. 2. You don't have to buy anything to cook or store food. Comes well stocked with pots, storage containers, tons of spices and little things you need but don't want to buy on vacation 3. The mattresses are very nice. My husband has a bad back and is really aggravated by not so good mattresses, no problems with his back on this trip. I highly recommend this particular unit. We will be back

Excellent condo, definitely recommend!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family. It was very clean and up to date and stocked with everything we needed. The patio was spacious with amazing views. Having beach chair setup was a huge perk and the beach area for this resort was much less crowded than others around it. The pools were great for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Location was convenient for food, shopping and activities. We will stay here again if we come back to PCB!

Nice property, very clean and convenient to a lot of attractions. Kim's Condos answered promptly when we had questions. Elevators are very fast which is very important in the summer months. We would stay here again.

Fall break at Long Beach Resort.

The condo is very nice . It is very well decorated . It has everything we needed . The only problem that we had was while on the baloney the first night there was a complaint that we were giggling after 10 pm . We were there to have a vacation and enjoying the time we had together. Keep in mind the complaint was not for fighting or being loud but for giggling . There must have been some unhappy people around and jealous that we could laugh . Overall it was great .

Couples End of the Year Trip

All good except I felt like the rugs in the unit were dirty

We stayed here many times in past / love location - felt pool a bit less clean than in past but I know everyone short on help - note - lots of decor in room but leaves little space for our stuff - sometimes less is more - did appreciate the well equipped kitchen 👍🏻

Stayed at Long Beach Resort. Property Manager was quick to respond and booking process was easy. Condo layout was very nice. Beds were excellent. Free beach chairs were great. Only downside was floors. They were very dirty. Tile floors should be cleaned between bookings. Other than that, we were very pleased.

Well couldn't get in was given the wrong code no one answered the phone had to continue calling till someone answered was late no other number to call that was about it other then that very nice place
