As you arrive to the property you will be greeted by the owner who will have contacted you approximately 48 hours before your arrival.
As you walk through the front entrance you will be in the open plan living area, kitchen, dining area. This property has the added bonus of a second small kitchen. On the ground floor you will also find a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living space includes a smart tv, WIFI and plenty of seating for all guests,
The kitchen includes WM and Dishwasher. It is easy access to enjoy the garden which is entered into through double patio doors from the lounge or door from the kitchen.
Within the enclosed garden you will find numerous seating areas along with sun loungers, a BBQ area and outdoor patio heater.
The garden is filled with grass areas for the children to enjoy, small paths and plants.
On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 1 is a kingsize and has a small balcony overlooking the garden. Bedroom 2 is a twin room with a Futon for a 9th person.
Bedroom 3 is a twin room. (Bedroom 4 double is on the ground floor)
All the beds are made up for your arrival so need to bring any bed linen but you will need to bring towels.
