We offer a fantastic modern 2 bed air conditioned ground floor apartment, featuring a large enclosed furnished patio. It is located in a small, quiet and secure apartment block, with underground parking in a private garage. The apartment is located 800m from the local village of Olhos d'Agua and 300m or 4 minute stroll down to beautiful canyon to the beautiful beach of Berranco das Belharacus. The local shops and restaurants are about 400m away and Villamora, with its marina and golf courses is a 15 minute drive. The Pine Cliffs golf course is adjacent and a short walk away.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom, featuring a jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom has two single beds with the main bathroom opposite. The kitchen is modern and contains all conveniences needed for a relaxing stay; fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher. The large bright and airy living room contains a dining table and a sofa to relax on and to watch the widescreen tv showing U. K channels between others. High speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment.

The beautifully maintained garden is accessed via a glass door from the patio and contains two pools, a shallow one for kids and a larger one for older guests.

The property is immaculately presented with everything you could possibly want to ensure a tranquil holiday, in beautiful surroundings and near to one of the best beaches in Portugal.

Fantastic luxury apartment

Great apartment, everything you would need for a holiday, including little things like washing up liquid, salt and pepper for example which often you do not find. The outside area, both the patio from the apartment and the area around the pool are exceptional. There was an issue with some of the decking coming up in places around the pool but this was being resolved. The pool itself is stunning. Communication with Jorge, the owner, was very good, he replied to any question immediately and provided assistance where required straight away. The only complaint I would have is with Vrbo, Terrible communication, cant get hold of staff on telephone. The messaging service failed ahead of our trip and then on day of travel they marked the booking as cancelled, much to the concern of both Jorge and myself. Would never book a property through them again.

Olhos de Agua

Fabulous modern property in a quiet location very close to the spectacular Falesia beach. The property was so clean and spacious and fitted out with every requirement. The balcony and pool area are wonderful - clean and with lots of room. We will be back soon!

Just what we had in mind!

This desirable rental had it all! Clean, bright, with modern amenities all on one level, peaceful pool and garden view, it was secure and quiet during our 6 week winter stay. We loved the large, sunny enclose-able patio. We appreciated the private underground garage access (with elevator) for our rental car, but the location seemed doable without one. Despite some nearby residential construction and a few bumpy roads, we quickly felt at home and LUCKY to have found this place. The beach access road/path that borders the property is challenging, but the beach at the bottom adjoins famous world #1 Falesia Beach and is worth every effort. Our host, Jorge was accommodating and easy to reach by app. There were several small supermarkets nearby and always a restaurant or two open within walking distance for the sparse winter crowd. (Don't miss Versatile!) Olhos de Agua was lovely and a great midpoint for exploring other parts of the Algarve with myriad transportation options available. We are not 'night out' people, so the unit's table with work light was perfect for a big jigsaw puzzle and our small art hobbies. The couch was comfy and, with the wifi and our VPN, we were able to watch our shows from home. We had family as guests for two of our weeks and the space was perfect. It was too cool for the pool but the grounds and fenced patio gave ample room for our young visiting grandson to play safely. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, were sad to leave and hope to return.

Ausgesprochen schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Uns hat es in der Wohnung ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Wir können sie uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden sie auch definitiv wieder buchen, sofern wir nochmals dort Urlaub machen sollten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles funktioniert und sie sieht genau so aus wie auf den aktuellen Bildern. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt nichts vermissen, sodass man gut Essen zubereiten und kochen kann. In einer Abstellkammer sind Besen und Staubsauger untergebracht, sowie diverse Strandutensilien wie Strandspielzeug, u.a. ein Boccia-Spiel und Sonnenschirme. In den Betten liegt man wirklich gut, die Matratzen würden wir bzgl. der Härte als mittel einstufen. In einem der Schlafzimmer hatten die Matratzen allerdings unterschiedliche Härtegrade, wobei die härtere für uns etwas zu straff ausfiel. Ein Highlight ist die schöne Terrasse, mit guten Sitzgelegenheiten, 4 Liegen, einem bequemen Sofa und 2 Sonnenschirmen. Sie lässt sich mit verschiebbaren Glaslelementen entlang der kompletten Länge teilen, so dass die hausnahe Hälfte quasi Teil der Wohnung wird. Durch eine abschließbare Türe besteht von der Terrassse aus unmittelbaren Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool. Jeder Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist jeweils mit einem Rolltor verschließbar; der zur Wohnung gehörende Stellplatz ist locker breit genug für 2 Pkw. Der Service war prima. Bedingt durch für uns glückliche Vor- und Nachmieter-Situation konnten wir unkompliziert früher in die Wohnung und hätten auch etwas später abreisen können.

Disapointing

We were very surprised when we arrived at the condominium. There are several house constructions around the very close area. On time at 9 am on Monday morning they started to work with machines on the construction, that is right behind the garden of the condominium. Because of the noise we avoid sitting at the terrace. When we talked about this to Jorge, he said the construction is already going on for one year and we are the first guests who complained about the noise. In our opinion the guests should be informed in advance that there could be construction noise around the house. Jorge was not helpful to find a compensation for lost holiday enjoyment.

Lovely modern apartment

The apartment was clean and modern with almost everything we needed. It felt very safe and was an extremely quiet complex. The terrace was large with plenty of sunbeds and chairs, the bedrooms had plenty of storage and the kitchen was fine. It was great to have air conditioning. The pool was lovely, although unheated and cool, it was very quiet. It was 15 minute walk to plenty of restaurants and shops. The underground parking was secure. Our only negatives were the difficulty locating the apartment on arrival. We had no proper address or instructions and drove around for a while trying to find it. A few more towels and toilet rolls would have been good. One towel per person for a whole week isn't great and there were no spare toilet rolls . The beach is not 300m away unless you dropped off the cliff. It was a very steep walk and not suitable for those with mobility issues or a buggy. Overall though we had a peaceful and relaxing week.

Fabulous Apartment

We was really impressed with this beautiful, modern apartment with great outside space. It had everything you would want for a great holiday. Communication with Jorge was brilliant from the offset, arranging the airport transfers, meeting us and explaining how everything worked, nothing was to much trouble. Would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in this great area of the Algarve. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful apartment in fabulous location

This is just a perfect apartment. Spacious, tastefully furnished with a fabulous outdoor space leading out to the large shared pool. Although the pictures are good, the apartment is even better in real life! It was so restful sitting on the verandah looking out on to the pool & into the gardens. We didn't want to leave (& we live in a beautiful part of the world ourselves). It is an easy walk to Olhos de Agua & a few lovely restaurants in the opposite direction. Adjacent to the apartments' grounds is a walk down to a spectacular beach with two beach restaurants. We didn't hire a car - it wasn't needed for a week's stay. Thanks to Jorge who was very helpful. Can't recommend this apartment enough.

Fabulous terrace

We enjoyed a week in this lovely apartment. Inside is great, spotlessly clean with everything you need. The large terrace , accessed from both bedrooms and living room, with outlook to the pool, is amazing. A joy in the morning to raise the electric shutters and see the pool and gardens, all immaculately kept. Jorge is a great host, very easy to communicate with. Would love to return.
