Paradise Large and luxurious 7 bed 8 bath Luxury villa in Marbella - Urb. Las Chapas with 24 hour security and minutes from some of the best beaches, bars and restaurants in Marbella. Built and designed to a very high standard, set in tropical gardens with large pool, jacuzzi, sauna and pool side showers and toilet. A very large thatched garden kitchen and bar area with great seating and dinning area shaded all with outstanding views and lovely outside terraces for entertaining, relaxing and sunbathing, all for you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate to the max. Stunning sea views from everywhere in and around the house. A stunning property for a family holiday.

A few minutes drive from some of the finest beaches and beautiful restaurants on the Coast. With all types of water sports to keep you busy, or just relax and catch up on those holiday books.

The main villa has 5 double bedrooms.

Then there are 2 annexes, connected to the house but with separate entrance to the house.
One of the annexes is a separate apartment with a double bed and 2 sofa beds and a bathroom.
The other one is right next to the above annex but is just a room with a shower. This room has 2 single beds and a sofa bed.

The maximum comfort capacity for this house is 16 people. Please contact us for additional as this could only be small children.

The owners prefer not to rent out to groups of youngsters and other same sex groups.


The pool heating requires an extra fee. The fee is €400 per week (7 nights)

Great property, let down by some maintenance issues

This is a fantastic property with amazing views. There are 7 very nice double bedrooms (most if not all of which can be made up as twins), all with private en-suite bathrooms. 5 are in the main house, while the other 2 have separate entrances, just to the side of the main house. The pool is fantastic, and the outdoor space is huge, with plenty of loungers. A real highlight is the outdoor lounge and kitchen where we spent most of our time. Views are fantastic and the surrounding area is quiet. The property was spotlessly clean when we arrived for our two week stay. On the middle weekend we had a change of bedding and bath towels, although not pool towels which seemed a bit odd. Unfortunately, we experienced some significant maintenance issues throughout our stay, all of which were reported to the local representative (Selene), and have since been reported to the villa's management company. The main issues we encountered were that the air conditioning wasn't working in the annex bedroom for the entirety of our stay, making it very uncomfortable for the couple staying there (who ended up having to sleep on the lounge sofas). We reported this on day 1, and it still wasn't fixed two weeks later. The dishwasher in the outdoor kitchen was also broken when we arrived (replaced on day 10). The BBQ was also not working for the entirety of our stay. Despite all this, we really enjoyed our holiday, the house is fabulous, spacious and very well-appointed, it was just the maintenance issues that were an issue for us. In terms of the location, the property is not really walkable to the beach or local restaurants. The main area of Cabopina, which has a nice beach and several nice restaurants and bars is a good 40 minute walk (an unpleasant walk at that). We only did it once and took Ubers thereafter.

Family holiday

The location of the property and the views are amazing. However it is a little tired in places which somewhat disappointing. The listing needs amending as it’s advertised as having a sauna. There is one but it’s full of garden and pool equipment. The hot tub wasn’t usable either. The swimming pool is amazing and the outdoor seating area was really sociable. The agents and the hostess were extremely helpful and provided assistance wherever it was needed.

Villa estrella

The process for renting was great , good communication and response from agents to any questions or queries before and during our stay There are areas of this property that need some attention to make it as amazing as it reads and the owners apparently have been informed of issues but are reluctant to sort for some reason. The outside toilet was not working a BIG issue in a villa that size in my opinion . I believe it was a pump issue as none if the grounds water features seemed to work either .Ensuites need sorting leaking sinks , toilet seats not attached and skirtings hanging off to mention a few bits. Studios could do with an airing but that could be just because its been empty through covid . Sauna was full of tools and old cushions so not usable and the hot tub needs a good bit of tlc . None of this impacted our stay but if you know before you go there are no surprises . Hope they do some maintenance soon as its a very impressive villa to let standards slip is a shame . Vorab das Positive: wunderschöner sehr gepflegter Garten, sensationeller Blick, schöner Pool. Aber: die geschickt aufgenommenen Fotos entsprechen bei weitem nicht der Realität. Der Whirlpool war verdreckt, die Sauna mit Müll zugestellt, Kissen auf den Außenmöbeln teilweise zerrissen. Die Loggia mit losen Fliesen auf den Treppenstufen und einer kaputten Glasfront war nicht zu nutzen. Die Schlafzimmer (bis auf den Master-bedroom) waren alt und muffig, in den Badezimmern platzte teilweise der Putz von den Wänden. Die Klimaanlagen (im November Heizung) funktionierten in den Schlafzimmern nicht. Sämtliche Schränke und Schubladen in der Außen- und Innenküche waren zugestellt mit alten, teilweise unnützen Gegenständen in teilweise unbrauchbarem Zustand. Küchenhandtücher, Servietten, Tischsets etc. fleckig, löchrig. Küchengeräte veraltet und teilweise defekt. Insgesamt bei weitem kein akzeptabler Standard in diesem Preissegment.

Maravilloso¡¡¡¡Wonderful¡¡¡

Our stay was great in the house. We were 4 families with great breadth for all. The pool area was used every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We made life there, very comfortable for everyone. Spaces to read, to play children and relax for the rest. The locations are a very safe and very quiet urbanization. We will repeat it¡¡¡¡
