THE APARTMENT

Fantastic 4 bedroom apartment with 2 fully equipped bathrooms and large kitchen. Newly renovated.Charming San Bernardo is located on the 5th floor of a building with an elevator.The best area of ​​the city, full of restaurants, supermarkets (2 of them less than 40 meters), cinemas, gyms ... And a garage just in front of the building. Ideal for temporary stays in Madrid.

Decorated in an eclectic style with Italian engravings from the 18th century, a Willi Rizzo coffee table, Spanish ceramic tiles from the 17th century, designer lamps from the 70s, and original mid-century sofas.

The apartment is very bright and completely exterior to a spacious and quiet courtyard, perfect for not hearing any noise and being able to rest after a long day of work or after visiting the city.

Three of the four bedrooms have comfortable double beds with large closets and desks where you can work with your computer. The other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds that have the possibility of joining.

We also found two completely new bathrooms, with comfortable showers.

The kitchen is XL size is fully equipped: Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, cooking utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, bowls ... Also, it has a table where you can comfortably take a breakfast.

The living room has comfortable sofas and a 65-inch smart TV. Also a large dining table where you can enjoy together a pleasant evening.

Among the comforts of the apartment we also find: Free Wi-Fi, Premium TV channels (Netflix and Movistar TV), bed linen and towels, air conditioning and heating, communal hot water (unlimited, so that all guests can use the shower without problem that hot water runs out) and free toiletries.



THE AREA

Right next to the Glorieta de San Bernardo, one of the best areas of Madrid, the street where the apartment is, it is very quiet but there are many restaurants, coffee shops where you can have a breakfast and few supermarkets as well.

The ​​Malasaña area is just 5 minutes walk, Gran Vía less than 15 minutes and Fuencarral street, where you can take a walk while enjoying a shopping day is only 10 minutes away.

HOW TO MOVE

It is not necessary to use the car, although if you wish in front of the apartment you have a parking.

You can go to all the most important attractions of the city by taking a pleasant walk or by public transport. The nearest metro station is San Bernardo (lines 2 and 4), 2 minutes walk from the apartment.





THE FINE PRINT

- Check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €25.

- Only temporary bookings are accepted; short stays are not permitted.

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.

- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract upon arrival. This contract respects all the terms of your reservation and does not impose any additional responsibility beyond the terms and conditions of your booking.

- Rental cribs are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request this by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

- Guests must show a valid ID and a credit card upon check-in.

- Bachelor or bachelorette parties and similar events are not allowed in this accommodation.
