It comprises two bedrooms; two ground floor doubles, one with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room, sleeping four people. There is also a ground floor shower room next to the utility and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is a veranda with furniture and a private patio with seating and hot tub.

There are many walks and cycle routes to try with the whole of the Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales easily reached.
