Apple Tree Cottage is a wonderful stone property nestled within the owner's working farm, some six miles south of Appleby in Cumbria. It comprises two bedrooms; two ground floor doubles, one with en-suite Jack-and-Jill shower room, sleeping four people. There is also a ground floor shower room next to the utility and a first floor open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is a veranda with furniture and a private patio with seating and hot tub.
Amenities: Electric heating with woodburning stove. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire/stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed patio garden with seating and hot tub, veranda with seating. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Note: Please be aware this property is on a working farm.
