the apartment has been recently renovated and has very cozy indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy peaceful days near the lake
on the ground floor: the kitchen, the bathroom, two bedrooms, living room and veranda as well as an outdoor terrace ideal for eating literally in the shade of the olive trees.
in the basement a bedroom, a bathroom and a tavern.
large and sunny garden surrounded by olive trees from which we produce excellent extra virgin olive oil
quiet and quiet area on the edge of the village. pedestrian path to the center (5 min walk)
The street where the house is located is a closed road so no passing traffic.
the sounds of cicadas crickets and birds will be the only sounds that will keep you company by day and by night

Ferienwohnung trifft es besser

Leider kein Ferienhaus sondern eine Ferienwohnung mit Keller. Die Wohnung oben war auch vermietet und diese Mieter haben Möbel gerückt. Unser Keller war ( wie schon von anderen erwähnt), feucht/ muffig aber sauber. In die Einrichtung müsste mal wieder investiert werden. Die Mücken haben uns zerfressen, in den Schlafzimmern sind Gottseidank fliegengitter angebracht.

Wonderful break on Lake Garda

Very quiet neighbourhood in Padenghe sul Garda. 10 min walk to village centre with bank, bakery, and a couple of cafes. Great base for exploring the west coast of Lake Garda. Supermarket a 5 min drive/20 min walk but has everything you need. House clean and had all we needed, bring the mozzie spray as we encountered them (end of October stay) house had lots of stuff for it. Host incredibly helpful, local restaurant in village lovely, v authentic trattoria Cantina del Viculo di Ravarotto. Many thanks!

Great place in a quiet location

We stayed for 7 days, 4 adults and 2 children. A great clean house with all the facilities. The neighborhood swimming pull is just around the corner and the lake is about 20 min. walking distance. We enjoyed every moment.

Recommendable accomodation !

We had a wonderful stay in Padenghe sul Garda. The house fully met our expectations. Fenced garden, airconditioning, large swimming pool on walking distance (only busy during the weekend). Desenzano is a vibrant city in the neighbourhood (15 min drive). Sermione, Bardolino and Garda are worthwhile visiting too. In Padenghe itself, there is nothing much to see. We recommend this property !

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage mit toller Poolanlage

Wir haben eine Woche mit drei Kindern in der FeWo verbracht. Die Wohnung ist ausreichend klimatisiert, die beiden Kellerräume jedoch trotz Lufttrocknern wohl bauartbedingt etwas feucht und modrig. In den Abendstunden kommen die Mücken, so konnten wie den wunderschönen Garten leider nicht nutzen. Der Gastgeber war immer sehr hilfsbereit und per WhatsApp jederzeit in englischer Sprache erreichbar. Das Highlight war der Gemeinschaftspool, der ca. 150m entfernt lag und ca. 6 Stunden am Tag sogar von einem Bademeister beaufsichtigt wurde. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein süsses Haus mit Platz für 6 und schönem Garten. Der Pool, in ein paar Schritten erreichbar, sehr schön. Prima Unterkunft für Familie mit Kindern, sehr ruhig.

Toller entspannter Urlaub im September

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Für uns perfekt. Kinderzimmer, Elternschlafzimmer und weiteres Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoss für unsere Oma. Gemeinschaftspool groß und gut temperiert. Nah am Gardasee, nur einige Restaurants mehr in der Nähe wären noch toll gewesen. Netter Gastgeber und absolut unkomplizierte Abwicklung.

Alles bestens!!!

Die ruhige Wohnung hat alles, was man nur eben braucht, um mit einer Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine wunderbare Zeit zu verbringen. Der schöne Garten und die hübschen Sitzecken laden zum Verweilen und Ausruhen ein. Der Gemeinschaftspool mit Liegewiese ist wunderbar groß, die kleine Stadt hübsch und ohne viel Trubel zu genießen und die Nähe zu den Städten im Süden des Gardasees aber eben auch zu den Städten Mailand, Venedig und Verona ist unserer Meinung nach sehr erstrebenswert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war absolut problemlos. Enrico ist immer bemüht, einem einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit allen Infos etc. zu bereiten. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Ruhige Lage - Entspannte Tage!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet viel Platz für die Familie. Die Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr bequem und gemütlich. Die Wohnung im Keller ist kühl, was bei den hohen Temperaturen äußerst angenehm ist. Allerdings ist es ein Keller und es riecht auch etwas danach. Das Highlight der Küche ist der Saugroboter! Der Pool befindet sich ca. 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt und wird gemeinschaftlich von diversen Anwohnern benutzt. Der Pool ist großzügig und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Garten bietet Platz zum Spielen und war bei den Kindern sehr beliebt. Am Abend kommen die Mücken! Zusammenfassend war die Unterkunft für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt und wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Nice Flat with closed garden, suitable for Family with small Kids

Overall a Good Choice for families with rather Young Kids. The Flat is in the Basement and cellar of a house with a big terrace and a lovely Garden wich is closed. So its not a House and you might hear noises from First floor.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit Garten

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einen wunderschönen Garten zum Entspannen. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr bequem und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Wohnung perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt am Gardasee, allerdings sind wir meistens mit dem Auto zum See gefahren. Padenghe hat einen sehr süßen Ortskern, und es gibt einige gute Restaurants am See und auch ein sehr tolles Restaurant in der Altstadt von Padenghe. Die Mücken waren etwas anstrengend, aber mit Antimückenspray gut zu bewältigen. In der Küche gab es leider Motten, aber das Problem sollte meines Erachtens ohne großen Aufwand gelöst werden können. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Very nice House for a family

It is a very nice and lovely house in a quite neighborhood. We stayed with three kids there and we had enough space for everybody. We enjoyed the nice terace were we eat breakfast and sit in the evening with a glass of wine. The kids loved the pool which is very safe because a saftygard is there the hole time. We had two very nice weeks there. Thera are a lot of mosquitos take some spray or something with you.

Great Place to stay with my family

It was exactly what we expected for us and our two little Kids. Big Garden to Play and to enjoy the sun. Near the lake and a nice and Little Town for a quick Walk.

Relaxing Vacation

We stayed two weeks in this wonderful house. We loved the garden and that it was all in all quite spacious. A couple of things were quite new and beautiful. We took many bike trips to Sirmione and Salo e.g. So the house was located quite good. The hill was a good workout. Bring some mosquito repellent, when sitting in the garden in the evening as usual insects are quite active in such a green environment. I would definitely recommend the house. Our kids loved it.
