In a region of tradition and history, in the heart of the peninsula of Rhuys, between sea and countryside, a beautiful invitation to stay, in a quiet house in wood frame standards RT 2012, full foot completed in 2019 .
Located in the town of Saint Gildas de Rhuys and its beautiful Benedictine abbey, in the Gulf of Morbihan, about 2 km from the beaches (Kerver or Rohu) and surrounding activities (Horseback riding, hiking trails, thalassotherapy, golf 18 holes of the Egret - PAR 72 - 6016M, food shops, cinema ...) the house offers a surface of 80 m2 on a closed private ground.

You will stay in a space composed of a large living room / open kitchen of 40 m2, 3 single rooms including a family suite with private bathroom and a separate toilet.
Each room is equipped with dressing room and a new bedding including a bed of 160 cm and 4 adjustable twin beds distributed in 2 other rooms separated from a bathroom adjoining.
Washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.

The open kitchen has a central island welcoming 4 seats, induction hob, oven and a multifunctional food processor.
Dishwasher, fridge, microwave and kitchen accessories complete your comfort.
A large friendly and warm wooden table will allow you to accommodate up to 10 people at the table.
In the heart of a contemporary lounge with two bay windows and a wooden terrace, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of a pellet stove and a contemporary sofa bed, matching armchair and giant pouf.

Bring the art during your stay on the peninsula with a high-tech TV and music access, wifi or with a Sony brand amp.

Outside, in the heart of a private garden, you can relax on a wooden terrace, equipped with a barbecue, sunbathing, a parasol.
