The farm is located in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the historic center of Alcudia, has a large area of ​​land in which to enjoy your privacy and tranquility. It has a large garden area with a variety of fruit trees, olive trees and palm trees as well as a lawn where you can relax or play with the children. Finca Santa Maria is the perfect place for a luxurious and comfortable vacation.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace area with exposed beams and presided by a huge pool.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3 Please note that there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 4: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
