Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. There were shops and restaurants right outside the door! Very cute, well decorated and good size bedrooms and bathroom. Everything was updated in the condo! The beds were very comfortable and the owner was easy to communicate with as needed! I would definitely recommend this as it is outside the city, but still so close to everything!

Very nice Florence neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our Firenze appartement. It was comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful. The neighbourhood is lively and full of restaurants. It can be a bit noisy at night but becomes quiet when the restaurants close. It is very close to a bridge that crosses over the Arno to all the great sights Florence has to offer. It is also close to a bus route. Paola was very nice, responsive and easy to reach. We recommend this apartment. Joanne from Canada.

O apartes fica muito bem localizado, perto da Piazza Michelangelo. Em frente ao apartamento tem ótimos bares e restaurantes, uma pizzaria que foi a melhor q comi na Itália e sem falar no Zen ( restaurante que o chef tem várias estrelas michelin, experiência gastronômica nota 1000). A acomodação muito confortável, e a anfitriã super disponível. Estadia nata 10.

Great neighborhood

The other side of the Arno is still mostly locals so never packed. There are cafes, restaurants and small shops in the two block area. The access to buses is great as well as access to all the ‘tourist’ spots.

Comfortable lodgings

Overall a good place to stay, not too far a walk from the main attractions. The place was clean and as described in the listing. Only draw back was the weekend noise downstairs as there were a few restaurants below.

Bien mais aurais pu être mieux

La propriété est telle que décrite et il y a beaucoup de commerces autour, pratique. Les commerces apportent aussi du bruit tard le soir. La communication avec l'hôte était plus ou moins facile, en passant vous faite affaire avec une agence et non pas un particulier (happyflorence.com). Les lits sont très confortables et le tout Florence est à 20 minutes de marche. N'oubliez pas qu'il y a des frais de 5,50 Euros par personne par jour qui s'ajoute à votre facture. Bon séjour la ville est magnifique.

In the heart of Florence

Great location with many eating options right outside. Close walk to Piazzale Michelangelo. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and a block away from the river with fantastic views. Everything was walkable and easy to get to from the apartment; there are many great eating options less than a block away. The apartment bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were easy to use; everything worked well and it was nice coming back to a comfortable apartment. Uffizzi was easy to walk to as well as other museum locations. The apartment is in a ZTL location but parking is not, as the property manager for more details; really appreciate the property management communication. Great stay.

Cozy haven in Firenze

Light, bright and comfortable, this apartment is a little gem. The location was perfect. It surpassed all our expectations. Even the AC kept chugging along, in spite of the brutal heat outdoors. Paola was very helpful and prompt to answer all our questions. I felt we were in good hands with her. I would be very happy to stay here again and would unreservedly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you, Paola!

Lovely place

We loved our stay here! The apartment comfortably fit our group of 4 and was exactly as listed. It is in a perfect location, far enough from chaotic crowds but still next door to charming restaurants and gelato shops. All of the sites are a beautiful 10-20 min walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Florence!

It feels like Home

The location is hard to bit, if you really wants a full Florence experience. The opportunity to open your windows and see all the action and busyness of the city is a traveler experience that we highly appreciate. The apartment is clean, inviting and to be in Europe is big with a great shower. The street where it located offers everything you need, from food, drinks, bus tickets and special the opportunity to get to know the Italian culture and the owners and workers of the restaurants , it makes you feel as you are part of the neighborhood. All attractions are within walking distance. And the host is always answering any questions you may have. Highly recommend.

Lovely 1st floor apartment with fantastic shower in great neighborhood

We loved the property location. It is quiet and away from the busyness of the other side of the Arno. It is 1 floor up, which is helpful and the shower was fantastic—the largest one (with a rain-can shower head) we had while we staying in Italy. We stayed here during the summer July heatwave, so it was unbearably hot. The air conditioning was good, but we wished it could have been a bit cooler. There is parking, but there is a charge for it, however it is less than a parking garage or the difficulty of street parking or paying for the meter. The walk to the parking place is 10 minutes, but it is a nice walk.

Gut geeignet für Aufenthalt in Florenz

Die Wohnung ist geräumig und angenehm, der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin hat reibungslos geklappt. Die Lage ist schön in einem spannenden Viertel- nur wenn man am Wochenende schlafen möchte, ist Ohropax sehr zu empfehlen!

Great place to explore Florence

The location in San Niccolò is excellent. It's a short walk to the centre and just minutes to the Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers the most beautiful views of Florence. We appreciated the air-conditioning in the apartment (it was August) and the kitchen where we prepared many great Italian meals. The street has several restaurants, a kiosk and a bakery. Highly recommended.

Appartement bien placé

L'appartement est propre et bien placé. Bien qu'il y ait un canapé lit dans le séjour qui est une petite pièce à part, il est idéal pour 2 personnes, nous étions 3 adultes. Il est situé à 20mn à pied du Duomo, et à 10 mn à pied du centre ville. Le double vitrage est efficace, car on n'entend pas les personnes qui parlent en terrasse des restaurants qui se trouvent au pied de l'immeuble. Le super marché CONAD CITY le plus proche est à 10 mn à pied de l'autre coté de la rive et dans la rue de l'appartement il y a une sympathique épicerie fine qui vend des produits italiens. Pour l'arrivée à Florence (il manquait ces informations d'accès dans le descriptif), de l'aéroport vous pouvez prendre le tramway T2 qui vous amène jusqu'à la gare Santa Maria Novella de Florence en 20 mn. Dommage, on ne savait pas, et on a pris le taxi qui nous a coûté 37€ jusqu'à l'appartement (un peu cher). Le ticket de tramway ou de bus coûte 1,50 si vous l'achetez dans les bars, tabacs ou aux guichets 8 et 9 de la gare. sinon c'est 2,50 auprès du chauffeur. De la gare vous prenez des bus dont le C4 qui vous amène jusqu'à l'appartement. Normalement le même ticket valide pendant 90 mn est valable en correspondance, mais à vérifier. Je vous recommande l'appartement Bon séjour à Florence
