This fabulous villa has 3 spacious bedrooms all with individual air conditioning & each have access to the beautiful gardens through a patio door.The master bedroom is en suite and a further bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms. The gardens are private with numerous sun beds, a hammock, barbecue & a private heated pool. The Al Fresco area is extensive & features a large dining table, chairs together with comfortable seating. The villa is maintained to an excellent standard & caters to every need. The kitchen is modern & features all the necessary appliances. The WiFi is excellent & the villa has a comprehensive selection of tv channels including Sky Sports/ Movies.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Rioja. Sue was very accommodating of our needs. Lovely furniture inside and out. Enjoyed the sea view across to Fuerteventura. We used our car each day. Had lovely food at the Marina and Playa Blanca seafront restaurants. Nice sandy beaches for the children to enjoy. Playa Flamingo was our favourite.

Lovely villa

Super villa, quiet, really great views and garden space. Pool is compact but really lovely. Sue was great at communicating with us and we had a fab holiday. Happy to recommend.

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood and stunning garden

I stayed here for 10 days in the height of August with my husband, daughter and a family friend. Beautiful property with plenty of space for everyone. Garden is stunning with an outdoor table and comfy sofa under a shaded area that shelters from the wind. Pool is lovely. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of everything. Beds are the comfiest beds I've ever had abroad! TV has all the channels; movies and sport you could possibly need all accessed through the one remote on a STD box. Land Lady very helpful and kind and is always on call. Definitely recommend to anyone especially families wanting a private pool for the children. Will definitely be returning thank you!

Lovely, spacious villa, needs some TLC

We spent most of the time living outside as the garden was huge, although the outside space was dirty when we arrived, the table and chairs and sunbeds etc. had not been cleaned before or during our stay. The whole garden needs sweeping and washing on a regular basis. The pool was wonderful, but would benefit from a pool light and more garden lights, it was very dark at night. A lot of the china was chipped and both the china and cutlery were dirty, we had to wash before use. The fridge shelves were broken and fixed with sticky tape, definitely needs a new fridge, I had to clean it before use as it was very scummy and unhygienic and the freezer hadn't been defrosted. The villa would benefit hugely from regular maintenance as well as housekeeping. No welcome pack, just a bottle of water, we arrived late, like most visitors, and would have liked some milk, couple of tea bags, sugar etc. Sue the housekeeper was very helpful and communication with her was excellent. I would say the location is very good, beautiful views, near the bus stop, taxi rank and shopping centre with some bars cafes etc.

Vacaciones inolvidables

Nuestra estancia ha sido fabulosa, la villa muy bonita y espaciosa. Tal como se describía en las fotos. Tanto yo como mi familia la hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Lo único ha sido que no pudimos comunicarnos con el propietario al final de nuestra estancia para preguntarle dónde le dejábamos la llave y agradecerle todo, ya que le mandamos un correo que no contestó, y el teléfono que pone en la presentación de la casa, no pertenece a ningún usuario. Pero por lo demás, todo maravilloso. Un saludo. Gracias

Casa molto bella e confortevole

Casa molto bella con tutte le comodità per vivere una vacanza in totale relax. Posizione ottima per raggiungere le spiaggie naturali, in 15 minuti anche a piedi. Casa che accoglie 6 persone con comodità, uno spazio esterno speciale che anche nelle giornate ventose può essere utilizzato, oltre alla piscina riscaldata un’ottima soluzione all’arrivo dal mare.

Un lugar tranquilo donde relajarse sin ruidos me encanto la terraza y la amaca desde donde sacas unas preciosas fotos grandes baños con espacio amplio la piscina me gusto por la temperatura de el agua tratamos la casa lo mejor posible como si fuera nuestra ya que solo queríamos disfrutar de un tiempo libre y juntos después de la cuarentena y agradecemos su amabilidad por dejarnos disfrutar de nuevos recuerdos en su casa
