It is fully equipped and features one double bedroom, living room with a double sofa bed and a full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances like hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher and cookware. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and free WIFI. Towels and bed linens are provided by the property. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. There is heating and AC. The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a residential building, there is an elevator.

The apartment is located just 4 minutes walking to Metro Station Hospital Clínic (Blue Line - L5), from where you can easily move around the city. Close to the apartment you will also find Enrique Grandados Street, a semi pedestrian street where you can find different bars and restaurants and enjoy its good ambient.

- A 300€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out.
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.
