It's fully equipped(free wi-fi, LCD TV with satellite programs, washing machine, iron, iron desk, bed linen, towels, toiletries). Baby cot, high chair and child's toilet seat should be asked for in advance. A free of charge parking place in garage should be booked in advance, as well. Bus station is beside the building, local bus no. 4-to the old city in 10 minutes only. Big & modern elevator from the underground garage to the 5th floor available. Pedestrian tracks by the sea-4km. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, fresh fruits & vegetables market, swimming pools, tennis courts, wellness & spa centres, beach volleyball, water sports and diving.
