Construction Special Until 5/2/25: $289/Night; Renovation work for Kapalua Bay Villas 29G-2 to begin 12/12/24 - 2/15/25. Work will include drywall, cabinets, counters, and electrical. Building maintenance work at building 29 starts 3/3/25- 5/2/25 .There will be power washing, sanding, grinding, possible jackhammering and painting including scaffolding and ladders staged at the building. A plumbing inspection of the main lines may require one toilet to be removed.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
