Luxurious Barn in Winterton On Sea

A luxurious and well equipped 3 Bedroom Barn in the beautiful seaside village of Winterton-on-Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach and all local amenities. The barn comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and up to two well behaved dogs.

There are two large bedrooms with super comfortable King Size beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and family bathroom. Then there's a single bedroom with adult sized bunk beds and plenty of storage space.

The living and dining area and kitchen are open plan, comfortable and well equipped with access to a fully enclosed garden which is laid to gravel. The garden is fully secure and has outdoor dining and a barbecue.

Little Tern Cottage has 2 dedicated private parking spaces and is within a few minutes walk of the beach and all local amenities.

Little gem

This was our second visit to this property for a short stay. We love the location, perfect for dog walking. The property is spacious but cosy with everything you could possibly need. Lovely welcome pack. Contact with the owner was really easy and quick. Will be going again soon, hopefully.

Excellent Location for Beach, Coastal Walks and Local Shops/ Pub.

Really nice property and excellent communication with Mike from booking onwards. Thank-you. Enjoyed daily trip to the Beach and ease of access to coastal path walks. Overall rating was 4 stars and not 5 because of the absence of an outside tap. This would be really handy for rinsing off outdoor shoes and wet suits etc. Watering can did the job but outside tap would make things so much easier.

Warm and cosy cottage by the sea

We have justed stayed with friends for 4 nights in this lovely cottage. Central Village location within easy walking distance of amenities and beach. Cottage was warm and cosy with good facilities. Would highly recommend. Easy to book and excellent value for money

Perfect cottage

We so enjoyed Little Tern Cottage. We were in town for a busy wedding weekend and it was a nice place to come home to. We wanted to write in the guest book but ran out of time. Mike was an awesome host!

The property was ideal for us, minutes from the sea with a lovely local shop and pub. Lots to do locally and wonderful beach.

Great stay! Loved the barn was a very comfortable place to stay ! Really well equipped everything we needed was there! The location was perfect we was actually 10 minute walk to the beach which our dogs Arthur & Monty loved fortunately we were blessed with lovely sunshine and made the most of winterton on sea beautiful beach ! Couldn’t fault this beautiful barn definitely returning a very beautiful place stay and the village is so quaint

Wonderful family stay

What a wonderful property in a lovely village. The house was superbly equipped with everything we could need. Mike was most helpful and replied promptly to all our queries. We all had an amazing few days here, and would love to return. Winterton is unspoilt but has everything you need. We had a very nice meal in the local pub, delicious fish and chips from the local chippie, and several lovely walks on the beach and the dunes. Just 30 minutes to Bewilderwood, and the broads. Can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Mike.

Enjoyable stay at Winterton on sea

This is the third holiday we’ve booked with Vrbo at Winterton on sea, which should tell you something in itself. The holiday home was lovely and very well equipped. We did have some issues with the central heating system, however Mike and his team bent over backwards to help us. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, spoilt only a little by the patchy weather and naughty dogs behaving badly on the beach!!

Beautiful cottage with great location - short walk to the beach and village. Good local pub. Excellent communication with the owner Mike who clearly cares very much about providing a quality experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The Barn was fabulous with every facility needed for a short stay (although my husband would of moved in permanently) walk to the beach brilliant, and a wonderful pub on the doorstep.

Great Place

Outstanding property. Everything you might require in the kitchen, even dog bowls! Good internet, good TV reception, central heating worked fine during a cold windy weekend. comfortable beds. friendly village with good dog walking in the dunes a few minutes from the property.. Fantastic chippy and hospitable local pub.

Beautiful cottage in a great location.

Myself and a friend had a wonderful weekend at little tern cottage. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard, was exceptionally clean and had everything we could want. The cottage is within easy walk of the beach and winterton is a lovely little Norfolk village. Would definitely recommend a stay at little tern.

Autum trip to the beach

Great location, lovely beach and locals very friendly. Dogs welcom everywhere and walking in the sanddunes and on the beach only 5 mins away. Lots of good places to eat in the village and in close by pubs plus great local farm/fish market called Dabs and Crabs. Cottage itself had all things you require a nice welcom pack. The owner most helpful and replied to questions immediately. Only suggestion would be bathrooms could do with some updating eg showers in both bathrooms and blind in kitchen could do with replacing and pots and pans needed washing before we could use them. Overall great place to stay and would definately go baxk again.

Peace and quiet

A completely relaxing holiday wonderful walks for dogs and adults and love seeing the many seals. Pub does lovely food and artist down the lane is well worth a look .look forward to returning

Lovely Bungalow in great location 10 min walk to beautiful beach

The bungalow is modern and spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Fab location just a 10 min walk to a lovely beach. And the village is lovely - everyone so friendly. The only two small issues with the bungalow for us were whilst the courtyard is fully enclosed its laid completely to gravel and neither my 84 year old Mum or dog would walk on it so despite the lovely weather we didn't use it all week. For ease of washing dog down after walks on beach and swim in sea an outside tap would be useful as had to ferry multiple jugs of water to wash him down. Overall great value for money. Owners communication was excellent and Mike was very helpful prior to my visit regards places to eat etc. Thoroughly recommend.
