Great place to stay

The bed was very comfortable. But the TV was small and had to see from the living room chair.

We loved the setting up from the main attractions. The cabin was a perfect size for only the two of us, and had everything we needed.

A wonderful week

The cabin was cozy without being to small. Clean and had everything you need. Only a few minutes to the main strip in pigeon Forge. It was a wonderful week of downtime to relax.

Quiet Location

The location was quiet and the back porch was somewhat secluded and private. We agree with other comments on tight parking and the TV is a mass of confusion.

Do not recommend

Would not stay here again. Mildewy smell, sink and toilet clogged, not very clean upon arrival. AC took a while to cool down, it was very warm upon arrival.

Would stay again!

Getting into the cabin was very convenient… It's approximately seven minutes away from everything in pigeon Forge nothing was a long drive. It's cozy enough for two people it's not too big. I think if you have a bigger vehicle you may have a little bit of an issue but I have a small Kia so it fit perfectly in the parking spot. Very clean up on our arrival. We will be looking into this cabin again in the future!

LOVE!

This is our second time staying in this cabin, we stayed here last year and this year and we absolutely love it! It’s clean, the price is perfect, and easy access to Pigeon Forge! We will definitely be booking again in the future! The only thing it did not have is a hot tub but it was still perfect without one!

It was a cute small cabin. The few issues we had were some of the light bulbs were burned out and there were mushrooms growing along the inside bathtub. We were also told there was wifi when we booked, but none was on site

Location good but...

Location was great but very tiny cabin for 2 adults and dogs. Driveway was tight parking. Cabin was somewhat clean. Could use dusting and linens had hair from previous tenants on them. TV not great set up and couch was uncomfortable.

Well to start off the parking is very very small, we had trouble parking our truck without it hanging out into the road, if you have dogs there isn’t much grass for them unless you walk back to the main road. The directions the company gave were insanely vague and they are hard to get ahold of, they give you an address for for the general area, not the actual cabin number that you also need. Overall our stay was okay. I wouldn’t come back mainly because of the parking.

Birthday/Christmas trip

Over all the property was fine, nothing great. We did not go to Pigeon Forge to stay in a cabin all the time so we got what we were looking for. It could have been cleaner, the bath tub drained slow, the toilet handle felt like it would fall off at any moment. There was only one wine glass. Just some simple fixes could make the property nicer, but non of the things made for a bad experience.

Frustrating

Property was clean and check-in easy. We quickly discovered that the TV and internet was not working. We had MANY phone calls, texts, emails from staff, but never any resolution. After 2 days, we decided to cut our trip short a day early. They did refund the last night and some extra back due to loss of amenities.

Good location

We landed here as our normal condo was sold last year and is no longer rented. So we are trying to find a new home away from home. The cabin is in a good location. Close to town. Not a busy street. The inside of the cabin was fairly updated. I saw several reviews about the TV, however it worked. With that being said, we were afraid to use the back porch. There’s a broken and busted hot tub (not in listing) to the side and 2 broken chairs. The floor of the porch felt weak and was clearly rotten. There were dead vines all over the outside of the cabin. When we were walking around, we found an empty bag of Hawaiian rolls, several long glue on nails and solo cups, all right off the front porch, in easy view. The chairs on the front porch are always worn. The entire outside needs a good scrubbing. The couches were scraped up and coffee table chew up. I blame that one reckless pet parents, however the cabin should look into fixing that. The tub had mildew at every seam. Will we stay here again? Probably not. Did it do the job? Yes.

Unclean

We checked in on Thursday evening, the trash hadn’t been emptied and the bedding has dog hair and brown colored stains on them. We called Vacasa stated that they would contact the host. The host told Vacasa that housekeeping wouldn’t be able to come until the next day. They said they could purchase sheets and be reimbursed, but we were unable to do so because it was 11:00pm and everything was closed. We had to wash the sheets. The following day we had to contact Vacasa again for housekeeping and they only came to empty the trash. The location was nice and it would have been a cabin had it been clean and the hot tub been working.

The cabin is very nice, parking tight and the compost waste sight nearby, would smell frequently.

The cabin is very nice and well equipped. We arrived with Some of the front window blind damaged and used a towel the whole time we were there, the shower head broke and was replaced, staff very nice on the phone with issues we had. Would rent again but probably a different area.
