La Loggia is just a beautiful country house surrounded by greenery and with a wonderful view of the city.
It has a beautiful terrace with sun loungers for parasols and deck chairs and an oleander hedge that ensures privacy. the swimming pool can be reached via a short staircase among the olive trees where you can enjoy an incredible view.
I know I am praising my home but I am sure of what I say the words and photos cannot convey the emotion and amazement of when one arrives and sees the place. I only recently and not assiduously rent my house because we also spend part of our holidays here.

Villa Rubina

This is quite simply a fantastic property. A very pleasant and atmospheric house with a stunning pool. A very quiet area with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. While it is quite remote, there is easy access to local shops and restaurants. We did a number of walks in the nearby mountains and also easily accessed the beach at Viareggio. It is a big area for cycling so that is something for us to think about in future when we return as we hope to do so. The property is not the easiest to find but, using the house number, we got there in the end. There was a bit of a mix-up about the code to access the lockbox but it was all sorted out over a phone call. All in all, we would highly recommend this property.

Quite House with great pool and view

We had everything we expected and needed for our stay. The Pool is just a few steps up from the house and provides a stunning few towards Luca. There are three terraces around the house, so there is nearly alway a shaded spot to find (which we needed as the week we stayed there it was quite hot - not as hot as in Luca as the cold breeze at evening and night coming up the hill provides a bit cooling). Communication with the owner via WhatsApp was easy and we always got quick answers to our questions. Can really recommend that house to everybody who wants a quite location with good access to Lucca and Pisa etc.

Schönes Haus, schöner Urlaub

Das Haus liegt etwas auf einer Anhöhe nördlich von Lucca, aber die Straßen dorthin sind in einem guten Zustand und gut befahrbar. An manchen Stellen kann es jedoch auch mal für größere Autos eng werden. Alles war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool wurde zwei Mal pro Woche gereinigt und wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Sehr von Vorteil war auch, dass Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern angebracht waren. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht!

Vacances au top. La villa n etait pas nettoyee a notre arrivee a 16h comme convenu. La femme de menage etait tres gentille et nous sommes alles faire les courses en attendant Pour acceder a la villa, les routes sont sinueuses et etroites donc attention a ne.pas avoir de gros vehicules . Par contre la vue est magnifique Beaucoups.de.moustiques et la piscine est partagée, c est le bemol si vos voisins sont speciaux. Il faut croiser les doigts car elle est accessible pour 3 maisons au total ce qui n est pas précisé dans l annonce. Le voisinage local est adorable par contre et la ville de Lucca est magnifique. On ne s en lasse pas. Cordialement

Schlechteste Erfahrung bis jetzt

Angekommen in Lucca sind wir den Whatsapp Koordinaten Nachricht gefolgt. Es war gegen 17:00 als wir damit starteten. Der Weg zur ersten Koordinate führte uns einen Berg hoch über eine teils sehr enge und auch sehr schlechte Straße. Dann ging es weiter zur zweiten Koordinate. Dies führte uns weiter den Berg hoch über einen noch schlechteren Weg. Fahrfehler können hier böse enden. Endlich angekommen fanden wir ein Haus vor in welchem lange schon niemand mehr gewohnt hatte. Die Einrichtung kam mir eher zusammengesucht vor. Alles war sehr runtergekommen. Die Bäder für mich eine Zumutung. Alles lieblos. 100% kein Wohlfühlen möglich. Wir haben uns dann ein Haus direkt in Lucca gesucht, gleicher Preis aber im Vergleich zur „Villa“ auf dem Berg ein Schatz! In der Abenddämmerung dann den Berg wieder hinunter. Unangenehm und gefährlich. Bitte beachten Sie, die Straße den Berg hoch zu dem Haus ist nicht beleuchtet. Meiner Meinung nach nicht fahrbar nach Einbruch der Nacht. Sie sitzen dort ab 18:00 fest. Was ist wenn wir einen Krankenwagen rufen müssen? Was ist wenn etwas dringend aus einer Apotheke gebraucht wird? Auf diesem Berg hat man, was das betrifft keine Möglichkeiten. Das hätte in der Beschreibung genauso beschrieben werden müssen. Doch es wird alles romantisch und schön beschrieben und wir sind darauf reingefallen.

Beautiful, traditional Tuscan villa situated in an amazing location with great views

The property owner couldn’t have been more helpful and communication between us during our stay was excellent. The location was wonderful, with good access to Lucca. The shared pool was large enough to accommodate us and our neighbours and we frequently had it to ourselves. We were overwhelmed with how beautiful the view of Lucca was from the pool and we consistently spent our evening dipping our legs in the water and overlooking a bright and glimmering Lucca skyline. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and would definitely recommend to others.

Excellentes vacances

La maison était très propre et la piscine bien entretenue avec une vue superbe. L'équipement est complet et la vaisselle en suffisance. Manque peut-être une pince pour rendre le BBQ plus sympa. Le descriptif de l'annonce n'était pas hyper clair quant au fait qu'il s'agit d'une piscine partagée avec un autre gîte mais nous avons eu la chance d'avoir des voisins sympas. En gros, nous avons passé un excellent séjour (conseil : si vous prévoyez d'aller chercher le pain le matin à vélo, assurez-vous d'être trèèèèèès bien entraîné :-)

Außergewöhnliches Haus mit Pool in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und groß. Der Pool war toll und ideal zur Abkühlung, für die Kinder das Highlight. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig mit fantastischer Aussicht in traumhafter Natur.

Lucca 2021

Die Anreise im Dunkeln war etwas schwierig, da die uns gegebenen Koordinaten zum Haus über eine versperrte Straße führten. Die Vermieter haben wir leider nie persönlich kennengelernt. Was ich so nicht kenne aber was in Zeiten von Corona wahrscheinlich das Beste war. Der Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief hervorragend und man mußte nie lange auf eine Antwort warten. Wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist eher einfach und ländlich. Die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind bereits alt und oft in Gebrauch gewesen. Wir hatten glücklicherweise eigene dabei. Den Pool hatten wir für uns alleine, da Nebensaison und niemand dort war, außer am Sonntag. Da war es etwas lauter von den Nachbarn die gesungen haben und Spaß hatten, was uns persönlich nicht gestört hat. Ansonsten war es sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert !!!

Erholsame Tage in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben zu zweit eine schöne Woche in der Villa Rubina verbracht. Das Haus ist in toskanischem Stil mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen. Der große Pool mit toller Aussicht ist das Highlight. Da ausser uns in der Nachbarvilla nur 3 Personen waren, konnten wir einen erholsamen Urlaub mit viel Privatsphäre verbringen. Wir haben den Eigentümer nicht getroffen, er war aber ständig erreichbar. Eine persönliche Einweisung wäre von Vorteil gewesen. Als wegen eines Gewitters der Strom ausfiel, waren wir auf die Hilfe eines Nachbarn angewiesen, um zu wissen, wo der Sicherungskasten zu finden ist. Ansonsten war alles o.k, wir würden wieder buchen.

Vista impagabile, quiete e natura

Un breve soggiorno sulle colline non lontano da Lucca. Il luogo ideale per rigenerarsi e riconciliarsi con una natura opulenta. Raccomandato a chi vuole quiete e godere di una vista sulla città di Lucca che incanta.

De bonnes vacances

Un bon séjour globalement pour notre famille française de quatre personnes . La maison est agréable ,la piscine aussi ,les possibilités d'avoir assez rapidement ce qui manquait soit cafetière electrique et essoreuse à salade..les propriétaires ont vite répondu à nos demandes .les moins sont l'éloignement tout de même par rapport à lucca ....20 minutes de la ville .il faisait tres chaud pendant cette semaine du 18 au 25 juillet et la maison n'a pas de clim.globalement nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos vacances et nous pourrions retourner chez Francesco ferro avec plaisir.
