With a newly remodeled wood-burning fireplace, charcoal grill, and an expansive shared pool area, this sizable townhouse has space for up to six guests to enjoy a quick getaway. You'll also have access to a shared hot tub and sauna. The new kitchen has Samsung appliances: a fridge, stove/Oven, and dishwasher. As well as an LG washer/dryer.

Nestled among a large stretch of trees, this rental provides visitors with a prime spot near Canyon Lodge, one of the most popular destinations in Mammoth Lakes. A unique village gondola ride that can take you up to Mammoth Mountain is only 160 yards away.

The entry level of this townhouse opens up to a large living room with two smaller sofas that seat six. You can place your coffee on the wood-accented table in the center of the room while watching television on the 55-inch HDTV. In the corner of the room is a rustic wood fireplace that will warm you during those cold winter months.

Behind the living area is the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with white cabinets, a coffeemaker, and microwave. Additional amenities such as a fridge, stove, and oven provide you with everything you'll need on your vacation. The dining set has been upgraded by the owners.

Take a few steps upstairs to find the first bedroom with a sizable queen bed and nightstands on both sides. The nightstands consist of a sleek black finish. Further upstairs is the loft that houses the main bedroom. This bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and twin bunk bed. All mattresses have recently been replaced for added guest comfort.

During the summer, you’ll want to take advantage of the pool. The hot tub and sauna will also provide relaxation and comfort whenever you need it. The nearby Canyon Lodge is a prime location for families and groups of friends to listen to live music or begin their day skiing on the slopes.

Amazing location amazing stay

Had a lovely stay here, it was incredibly clean, with a nice warm cabin feel to it. Plenty of room, with a great living room and fireplace to accentuate the lovely atmosphere this place provided.

Nice condo

More than adequate, but not pristine, just a bit dated. The location is great. There are lots of dishes and nice television and working fireplace etc. All in good working condition! The community hot tub is very nice.

You get what you pay for.

Before the property manager responds saying they’re working on upgrading the home, I get it. It’s definitely a 70’s-era home that needs a lot of TLC. 1) If the carpets (why are there carpets?!) were cleaned, it was a sad attempt. There was some kind of oil on the carpeting by the dining room table. It got all over our shoes and bags. There was a funky, musty smell in the apartment, so we left our windows and balcony door open the entire time. 2) If housekeeping comes in to clean, then why did I find short, black hairs on the counters, bath towels, in the shower? We both have longer hair that’s not dark. 3) The shower in the master bath was broken. 4) I’m so glad I had to clean the place up. From the refrigerator door handle that left my Lysol wipes black, to having to wipe the countertops down (wipes also came up black). We washed a handful of dishes to continuously use, those also had that weird grease like substance on them (like on the carpeting). It’s 3 stars because we knew it wasn’t the Four Seasons. It’s centrally located, you can go for a nice walk around the place, and it’s close to the slopes.

So close to Canyon Lodge!

The cabin was perfect for our family! Walking distance (10 minutes to Canyon Lodge) to skiing area and well maintained. Hot water was running well during 15 degrees snow weather and the kitchen was alright. They didnt have lots of cooking ware but fair stock to prepare meals. Beds were comfy! I will definitely come back for our family’s next trip!!

Great value

Overall, this condo is a great value. It’s clean, stocked with all the necessities, and close to the lift. The appliances are a bit dated, but everything was functional so it wasn’t important to us. If you require five star accommodations, this one may not be for you, but we definitely loved it. We even grilled burgers and dogs on the balcony on the provided bbq. The garage was a great advantage since we came up to mountain bike, and had five bikes with us. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again the next time we come up!

Awesome location

Great location and easy access to ski lifts. Good communication and easy check-in/out. Nice to have a fully functional garage stocked with fire wood. The internet was slow which made streaming movies impossible, but would still stay here again.

Our stay

I felt like this place was okay. Just okay. You can tell the owner is trying to remodel. Which was cool. However, the condo was quite dirty when we arrived. The master bed is stiff as a board. The couch bed all you feel is metal and the bunk beds and full size bed were good. There aren’t any cleaning supplies so I had to go buy them. I don’t know how other vacation but if I’m staying at someone’s condo I clean after we cook and such. The condo also smelled like a retirement home. Which was a major problem. This wasn’t a possibility until I went and bought cleaning supplies. The view was great! It was super easy to access.

Perfect location for snowboarding

The place is perfectly located near Canyon lodge. We had 5 people and it was roomy. The two rooms are nicely sized and kitchen well appointed. One cool thing this rental has is a garage. We left all our snow gear there and didn’t have to lug it and store it in the condo.

I stayed here with my wife, 5 year old, and 1 year old. This unit has a terrific location. Easiest walk to Canyon Lodge and gondola. Pros: location, garage, private bedroom, private loft, bunk bed, fireplace, remodeled kitchen, balcony. Cons: brick around fireplace was broken and crumbling, more than one car = looking for a parking space, older bed mattresses, house can get cold but there are several electric heaters throughout. Overall, I would stay here again.

Unit was older and in need of updating. It was clean and serviceable and the location was perfect for access to skiing. The worst aspect was that the beds were not comfortable. Would not recommend this condo.
