I have a large 2nd floor studio apartment. This apartment is separate from the main house and has it's own yard fenced yard. There is a 22x12 deck with a gas grill. My property is on what is left of a large farm and is 1 mile from Downtown Brighton, The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a basic kitchen area with Fridge, Microwave and coffee . This is a simple place with nice accommodations. Mount Brighton Skiing is 1 mile and Brighton State recreation area is 1 mile. The city of Brighton is in walking distance too approx 1 mile. There is a $150 security deposit and if there is no damage it will be refunded! This apartment is the 2nd floor with lots of Privacy. There is a school across the street with a playground. The place has a rustic feel but is not some kind of place to have a party etc! Visitors are ok as long as you respect the property.

Nice quiet stay for just myself and my (~30#) dog. Very quiet, nicely fenced in small yard made it so much easier with a dog.
Well-lit yard and outside deck.
Clean and appropriately furnished, with enough appliances to make for an easy, uncomplicated stay.
Loved the location of this little studio! It was easy to get into Ann Arbor and we enjoyed an evening in Brighton as well. The fenced-in yard was perfect for our dog. The host is extremely accommodating. It was quiet, private and very clean. The little toiletries were an unexpected nice touch too! Thank you!

This property was quaint and quiet. It fulfilled all of the amenities that I needed. Worked great for my dog. Had a very homelike feel, I’ve already booked a repeat visit.
Large studio with Everything you need and room to spare. Stayed in area for family visit, this was our last destination after a long trip. Grateful for relaxing space. Highly recommend, better than any area hotel at half the price! Host highly communicative and readily available. Ty
I came to the area for a short fishing trip. So many lakes nearby was awesome. Mike the Host was great. I appreciate the tip on a local lake to visit.
Just loved this cozy little studio. My dog came with me and she enjoyed the fenced in back yard and squirrel watching on the large deck.
Very clean with great furnishings and nice entertainment system for night time tv and blue tooth stereo.
I’ll be back for sure!
We appreciated having an affordable location in Brighton so much!
But, not having a single extra roll of toilet paper did cause problems.
I understand the owner dealing with patrons who take toilet paper.
But…adding just ONE roll is not cost prohibitive. Over the course of four days, guests will finish a partial roll. Leaving no back-up roll is simply bad hospitality.
Close to downtown, ski hill and medical facilities. Quaint little studio apartment with a large deck and fenced area for our 3 small dogs. There's a 13 step staircase up to the
deck and entrance. We would stay there again.
We enjoyed the studio layout of our apartment. You can definitely see the location and setup being good for skiers. worked perfectly fine in spring when we came for birding. It was wonderful to have a comfortable place for the dog to stay with a fenced in small yard. Thank you for being pet friendly!
A bit limited kitchen, but fine for our needs. We were only given a partial roll of toilet paper and got a single roll when we asked for more, which was a bit strange.

Stayed for a handful of days prior to my daughter’s wedding. A great little place that suited our needs perfectly. Great communication & host very accommodating.
Had a great stay here. The apartment was well-equipped and very comfortable. Loved the location, too: close to both downtown Brighton and local recreational areas, but quiet and private, too. Would recommend.
This is a nice spot for a comfortable place to sleep. It is very close to downtown Brighton. The private space above the garage has a nice deck, a fenced in yard, and a great stereo system. Very clean with lots of amenities.
Property was very nice. Property manager was also very nice. The setting and neighborhood was pretty and it was a very nice getaway. If you have an older dog, the stairs might be a little tricky for the dog. It was 🖐 stars.
