Villa Saramel is a spacious and bright house with spectacular 180 degree sea views of Palamós and St Antoni de Calonge. It has a private swimming pool. Located in Mas Vilar, a quiet urbanization of Sant Antoni de Calonge only 1km from the beaches and coves of Torre Valentina as well as bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
Cozy living room with sofas and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. The living room and kitchen have direct access to the outside with stunning views of the sea.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet.
Bedrooms
On the main floor we find:
Bedroom 1: suite with double bed (150x190) and a bathroom with shower.
There is also a small sink on this floor.
On the first floor we find three bedrooms and a living room with television, sofa bed and an extra bed.
Bedroom 2: suite with double bed (160x190). Own bathroom with a double sink and shower.
Bedroom 3: suite with double bed (160x190) and bathroom with shower.
Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190).
Separate bathroom with shower.
Garden with a large pool of 10x5 meters, outdoor chill-out furniture and sun loungers.
Outside kitchen on terrace with barbecue and dishwasher.
Villa Saramel stands out for its magnificent views of the sea, you cannot miss the sunrise.
The house includes:- Free WIFI- Linens- Towels- Free parking
Mas Vilar is close to the coastal town of Sant Antoni de Calonge. This tourist town has a very long sandy beach where many activities take place. In summer there is a kids' club and all year round you can enjoy numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Villa Colina is also close to the great leisure center of Playa de Aro with excellent shopping, nightlife, cinema, marina, golf clubs and beaches.
Groups of young people under 25 years old are not accepted.
The price of the cleaning charge includes: final cleaning, sheets and towels (2 per person).
Reservations of more than 10 days include a change of bed linen and towels.
