Designed for convenience and comfort, Villa Ambient is thoughtfully laid out on a single level. It features three inviting bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with two single beds. You'll find two modern bathrooms equipped with showers, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone.
The villa boasts a well-equipped kitchen ready for your culinary adventures. Relax in the comfortable living room, complete with air conditioning, a TV, and a dining area—perfect for family meals or leisurely evenings indoors.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.30 / KwH to be paid on departure.
Note 5. There is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. There is an extra cost of 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
