RESIDENTIAL LEASE (NO PETS, NO SMOKING)
Lease agreement, made between Randall Kroeker (Landlord) and _____________________ (Tenants). For good consideration it is agreed between the parties as follows:
1) Landlord hereby leases to Tenant(s) the smoke-free/pet-free premises described as follows:
8320 Esperanza Street Unit 1605, Fort Myers, Florida 33912 including: fibre wifi, cable, shared use of semi-private Quad pool; Town Center pools, gym, Tiki Bar, theatre, pub, Library, tennis courts and computers.
2) This lease shall be in effect commencing on ___________, 2020 (4 p.m.) and terminating on ___________, 2020 (11 a.m.).
3) Tenant shall pay Landlord rent of US$ _______ /month, exact terms as determined in VRBO app, including fees, taxes and damage deposit.
4) Tenant shall pay $100 tenantev.com online condo security screening with credit card (code 6677).
5) Tenant agrees to return property in present condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted and follow condo rules and all laws. Garbage is to be put out Monday and Thursday mornings before 9 a.m. Premises or rooms cannot be subleased or lent or otherwise used for business purposes, except for visits from family and friends. No changes to structure or contents provided are permitted. In the event of any breach of payments or lease, Landlord shall have full rights to terminate this lease in accordance with state law and re-enter and claim possession of the leased premises in addition to such other remedies available to the Landlord from said breach. This lease shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives. Liability is limited to return of rent paid.
