Bordering Burr Oak State Park at Dock Area #2, it's a wonderful retreat for families, friends, couples, or hunting parties. In the late fall and winter months, you will enjoy lake views from the deck. Spring and summer you will enjoy views of the forest.

While pets are welcome on this property, all pets must be pre-approved at time of booking and a pet fee will apply for each pet. You must notify owner at time of booking if you’re bringing a pet.

It is a short drive to a small town with restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. Its conveniently located near one of Ohio's most scenic drives, St. Rt. 78, aka the Rim of the World. Take the highway to visit many awesome communities within minutes.

One of the original cottages built on Burr Oak Lake, Fisherman's Cottage sleeps up to 6 people comfortably in beds. The top level features a new bathroom with shower/tub, full kitchen, dining table, beautiful live-edge oak bar, and seating area. The top-level bedroom has a very comfortable full-size futon and twin bunk. Large enough for a couple to sleep well, or makes a great sleeping quarters for three kids.
