Finca La Llum is of recent construction, completed in May 2008, made with recovered materials; demolition stone, wood and modern materials like the homrigón for the ground and the iron for the protection, mixed in perfect harmony. From its conjunction is born Finca La Llum, this special house where inside you can appreciate the simplicity, brightness and large spaces that make possible a pleasant coexistence.
The house has 500 square meters spread over two floors, both with central heating (underfloor heating). It has 8 rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the main floor, in a totally open space, loft, we find a living room with fireplace, accompanied by a kitchen and large dimensions, plus two bedrooms one double and one double, a storage room where the washing machine is located and the bathroom with design bathtub. The kitchen has two large islands, one for the sink and the dishwasher and the other island is the kitchen with two vitro ceramic plates and electric oven.
We went up the stairs to the upper floor, divided into three corridors with three bedrooms, and a bathroom each:
- 2 double rooms with great natural lighting.
- 2 triple rooms (single beds)
- 2 quadruple rooms (single beds).
