Nicely furnished studio, with double bed and sofa bed. During the day, the perfect exposure and color choice provide a total brightness, ideal for enjoying the fantastic weather of the island. At night, a LED lighting system at the bedside creates a lounge atmosphere. The building was completely renovated in March 2012 and further re-painted in 2014. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove (4 hotplates), kettle, pots, dishes, utensils, large refrigerator with freezer (new, 2014), electric oven and microwave. The balcony gets direct sunlight already in the early morning and until mid-afternoon. Washing machine, iron and ironing board provided. LCD TV - HD with pre-set international channels. Ceiling Fan. Internet wifi 4G. STAYS LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS GET DISCOUNTS!


The complex Mareverde is located in the exclusive area of Torviscas Bajo, 5 minutes walk from Fanabe Beach and 100 meters from the Gran Sur shopping center with supermarket, shops, restaurants and cinema. Tenerife South Airport is just 15 minutes by taxi. Many attractions are within walking distance, as well as many of the places of 'Movida'. Only 5 minutes by taxi is the Siam Water Park. The center of Playa de las Americas is just a few steps.

Lovely studio

It is a wonderful location. The complex is very quiet and surrounded with plants. You have everything you need for a great stay - a beautiful beach nearby and convenient access to public transportation

Ho soggiornato con due amiche in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è davvero ottima e il mare si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. La casa è funzionale, ha tutto il necessario. Giulio e Nikki sono stati gentilissimi, torneremo sicuramente!

Nice place at the pool. The location is perfect to walk trough costa adeje, also easy parking with a car. The appartement has most things you need. There is no airconditioning, only a fan.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. It is really nice and well situated. The pool and the garden clean and nice. Everything you need is in a short walking distance. Our host was really quick respond and stort out the few things we asked. Can absolutely recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Myself and my partner had a very enjoyable long stay in this studio apartment. We had everything we needed within the apartment. I initially couldn't find the hairdryer and after messaging the host he responded straight away and offered to purchase one for me (I then found the hairdryer so this wasn't needed!) but I was impressed that this was offered :-) The location of the apartment is ideal, very close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. A large supermarket is also close by and as we were 'living' here for 6 weeks this was very useful for our weekly shops. The complex has a number of pools to chose from which is great, giving you plenty of choose if you want a day by the pool and also a pool bar serving food and drink. We would highly recommend this apartment and host. We were collected from and taken back to the airport (extra cost) but well worth it and saves the hassle of arranging this yourselves, although the bus service in Tenerife is brilliant and there are regular buses running to and from the airport into all resorts.

An amazing stay with a lovely apartment and perfect location.

The apartment was lovely and in the perfect location. Close shops nearby and lots of different swimming pools to choose from. Lovely host and help to plan taxi transportation. A perfect stay, will definitely be coming back.

Lovely stay, perfect host

My sister and I had the best trip staying at Giulio’s property for the past month. We didn’t want to come home! The apartment was beautiful and everything was organised so well, especially given the current travel circumstances. Giulio was extremely helpful and the place had everything we were after. Lovely complex and location was close to everything too. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be coming back soon!

Fantastic apartment - great views

We have just returned from a 3 week break at this lovely large studio apartment. All communications with owner and agent excellent. Free WIFI on arrival. The apartment was clean, including bedding and towels with extra's left which was handy when others in wash. Plenty of cutlery and crockery provided. TV (no English channels but that was ok as we had firestick) All guide lines for COVID-19 followed, hand sanitiser, bleach and gloves provided and masks worn at all times. Water, Milk, tea & coffee was great to see when you arrive in the apartment which was a nice touch. This time of year the terrace gets the sun all day so was great to sit outside on good days over looking the lovely pool. We will definitely be booking this apartment again as it was a pleasure to stay in. Thank you

The loveliest residence and great location

Thé flat is in such lovely residence, the nicest in the area. Close to every place of interest by foot. Very clean and very convenient and flexible for the Check in and out. Great holidays!

L'appartamento è situato in zona comodissima, in pieno centro a due passi dal mare, all'interno di un residence molto tranquillo con piscina e possibilità di prendere il sole su lettini condominiali. Struttura super e proprietario cortese

Dopo lunga ricerca abbiamo deciso di prenotare la nostra vacanza su questa struttura. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto cortese e disponibile ogni volta che ce n'è stato il bisogno. La posizione è veramente strategica sia per le spiagge, noi siamo andati con due bambini piccoli e anche se abbiamo fatto 800 km in macchina in 10 giorni aver qualche bella spiagetta vicino a casa è comodo, sia per la viabilità che per i vari locali commerciali per fare qualche passeggiata serale. Insomma ci torneremmo volentieri.

Costa Adeje excellent location. Apartment has all the facilities you could possibly need

Property is well located close to all nearby amenities including excellent restaurants, bars and the beach. The complex is slightly dated but other than a few cosmetic issues it has everything you could want. The apartment was very clean with all facilities at hand. The bed was comfortable and the balcony is a good space to relax on an evening. Would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday whether it be couples like us or families. Everything you could possibly want is in Costa Adeje. We would definitely stay again.

Tout a été parfait!

Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu chez Giulio. L'emplacement est parfait, non loin de la plage, de la rocade, avec beaucoup de restaurants et de boutiques tout près. Très calme ensoleillé nous avons déjeuné avec plaisir sur la terrasse. Nous avons profité de tout l'équipement très complet. Le lit était très confortable, l'appartement très propre. Nous pensions faire un peu de cuisine mais à part le petit déjeuner, les repas au restaurant sont si bon marché! Nous recommandons chaudement!

piso bueno, organizacion muy mala

El piso es muy bonito, igual que el complejo en el que se encuentra. Tiene ubicacion buena, esta a 5-6min de la playa. Mi conversacion con Guilio era siempre buena, pero a la hora de llegar, tuvimos problema. Señora Nikki iba a entregernos la llave a las 9 de la mañana, pero no aparecio hasta las 12! El numero que tenia para contactarla era incorrecto y Guilio no contestaba mis correos. Hasta hoy no tengo ninguna respuesta de su parte. Por suerte la mujer que trabajaba en el bar dentro del complejo conocia a Nikki y logro contactarla, pero igualmente tuvimos que esperar 3h. DIjo que no sabia que debia llegar a las 9. Lo encuentro totalmente inaceptable!!!

una Bomboniera..

Non potevamo scegliere un aggettivo migliore. Sono 3 anni che torniamo in questo appartamento, accogliente, pulitissimo, e arredato con gusto e calore. La nostra nipotina di 4 anni che quest'anno ci ha accompagnato la chiama la casa grande di Barbie. Il terrazzo si affaccia sulle cascate delle piscine del complesso e sebbene ci troviamo ad un passo dal mare e dai centri commerciali il silenzio notturno è d'obbligo. Il letto e anche il divano sono ottimi e quest' anno abbiamo anche trovato la sorpresa di poterci connettere via Wifi con i nostri amici e parenti. L'assistenza è immediata e abbiamo avuto modo di provarla di persona nel corso dei nostri soggiorni. Consigliamo vivamente questo appartamento, la nostra Bomboniera, non vediamo l'ora di tornare

A great choice for a happy holiday!

This fantastic studio apartment ticks all the right boxes for a stay in the popular resort of Costa Adeje. Myself and my husband recently spent a week here and it was everything we were expecting. Bright, clean and surprisingly spacious for a studio with a very comfortable bed. We ate out every evening but the studio catered very well for those not wishing to. The complex itself is large with swimming pools connected to each other with smaller "streams" and never a shortage of sunbeds. It is a few minutes stroll to nearby restaurants and bars, and a ten minute walk to the beach. We stayed at the same complex in March in a one bedroom apartment but this was far more spacious and user friendly, and we look forward to returning next year. All in all, a fantastic week made even better by wall to wall sunshine! The communication between the owner and ourselves was excellent - very friendly and never seemed to tire of my requests to change dates etc..... He arranged airport transfers which worked without a hitch too (thank you Nikki and Nicole!) Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! And Thank you Guilio too.

Bad things started with the large amount of cockroaches both inside the apartment and all around the complex. There is too hot inside the apartment despite of the sailing ventilator. Manager Nikki was late for check out for 1 hour that could affect on missing our flight.

Ottima scelta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento x 6 giorni e devo dire che non potevamo trovare di meglio, ben pulito e luminoso, si poteva mangiare anche in terrazzo vista piscina. Oltretutto eravamo vicini sia alla spiaggia che ai negozi di tutti i tipi. La sera in 5 minuti si era sul lungo mare tra l'altro meraviglioso e si poteva scegliere qualsiasi ristorante ce ne sono davvero tanti. Consiglio questo appartamento a tutti quelli che vogliono farsi una vacanza a Tenerife, il Sig. Giulio è stato molto gentile e si è preoccupato che tutto andasse bene. Un ringraziamento anche alla Signora Nikki che oltre a farci da autista da e x l'aeroporto ci ha dato consigli sul posto. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo a Tenerife e naturalmente nell'appartamento del Sig. Giulio. Ottimo. Giuseppe e Giovanna

ottima soluzione!

ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per una settimana e l'ho trovato davvero un'ottima soluzione. l'appartamento si trova situato in un contesto di residence con piscina e bar e si raggiunge una delle più belle spiaggie con una passeggiata e con 6 euro si prende il taxi per playa de las americas.Di fronte al residence si trovano bar, ristoranti e market. l'appartamento presenta ogni comfort (frigorifero, fornelli a piastre elettriche, tosta pane,cassaforte, TV) e ci è stato consegnato in ottime condizioni di pulizia. dalla porta finestra si accede ad un balconcino nel quale si trovano il tavolo, le sedie e stendibiancheria. se dovessi tornare a tenerife tornerei sicuramente in questa location!
